Ed Rike Plumbing Heating & Air

It was late on a Saturday afternoon and I had no water. Given the time of day and the weekend, I was very concerned about getting someone here to fix my plumbing issue. I called 6 plumbers, no one could get me in till Monday. I HAD NO WATER in my house. Finally I saw Ed Rike...24/7 service calls. I called, explained my situation and she said they could take care of me! And if someone couldn't get to me timely, she would call in another tech. At 7:15 on a Saturday night, I was getting my plumbing fixed!! I was concerned price, it was so much cheaper than expected. Paul Rike was professional and understanding. Drove over an hour to get to my house. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'm a loyal customer now and so thankful for them.

Was not pleased to have to request service twice in less than 48 hours. But the company made it right and the guys who came the second time did an amazing job. Very informative. Would definately call Rike again. Thank you so much Josh and Albert, you guys were great.

I could not be more pleased to have had Richie and Jordon come to my home and fix a leaking water pipe. They came in less than two hours. They were respectful, polite and personable. They had what was needed on the truck and fixed the pipe in a short amount of time. Their charge was considerably less than I had been quoted by another plumber. Rickie was great about explaining what he had to do to fix the pipe. I have already asked that they come back and do more repairs for me. This was the best plumbing service experience I have ever had. I can’t say enough good about Ed Rike Plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning Co.

We've been lucky to have great experiences with Ed Rike for the last 5 years, including a few years ago when they replaced our furnace. We had Elijah and Devon today to install our new kitchen faucet, plus replace some stops under the sink. The work looks great and we appreciated how communicative Elijah was over the past few weeks. We are looking forward to future bathroom remodeling projects as well.

I had a water leak underground right before it goes into the house. The plumber was able to fix it in about 2 hours. The plumber was real nice and professional. He picked up all of his supplies and trash before he left. I will definitely use this service again in the future if needed

Elijah did amazing. Highly professional, courteous and friendly. Walked me through what he was doing everytime he did something different. Price was so reasonable. I have used Ed Rike Plumbing in the past and will use them for any plumbing and septic tank issues in the future. If anyone has issues and new to finding someone to handle plumbing and other like issues you cannot go wrong with Ed Rike Plumbing.

Zach and Mike were both excellent. My wife and are happy with the work they did and they both seem like overall great people to work with. Everyone from the first phone call to the final repair has been excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Doug was very helpful and patient with all of the questions we had. As new home owners, Doug walked us through the process, explained how the water heater works, helped us understand the plumbing in our home better, and provided guidance when asked. We never once felt pressured into making purchases that were not necessary. Doug was the best person for the job and we will definitely recommend him and Ed Rike services to anyone in our area.
