We had a fantastic experience with Bassett Services! Dylan came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater, and the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. Communication was excellent—we were kept informed every step of the way, and they even provided Dylan’s photo in advance so we knew exactly who to expect. We purchased our HVAC system several years ago from this same company when it was operated as Drake Heating and Air. We were initially concerned about how the transition to Bassett might affect customer service, local knowledge, and overall experience. However, after working with them again, we are very pleased. The professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service remain outstanding. Highly recommend!
