James Morgan did a fantastic job troubleshooting and installing our toilet. Here in Dayton ! He’s professional, friendly and follows through on what he says he will do. We had a fantastic experience with Bassett Services! Dylan came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater, and the entire process was top-notch from start to finish. Communication was excellent—we were kept informed every step of the way, and they even provided Dylan’s photo in advance so we knew exactly who to expect. We purchased our HVAC system several years ago from this same company when it was operated as Drake Heating and Air. We were initially concerned about how the transition to Bassett might affect customer service, local knowledge, and overall experience. However, after working with them again, we are very pleased. The professionalism, responsiveness, and quality service remain outstanding. Highly recommend!

Jared came out to fix my outdoor faucet. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and cleaned up the mess that the last person who “fixed” my faucet made. I’ve used this company a few times now - and will continue to do so. Thanks for the professional service Jared !

Outstanding, first rate service. Plumbing tech, Gerald, came out to correct a water line repair performed a year ago in my barn that had failed. He identified what caused the failure and made a new repair at no charge. Much appreciated and recommend Bassett highly.

Just had Bassett Homes Services to my house to repair our sump pump. Our technician's name was Jared and he did an excellent job. He explained to me what he was doing, his evaluation of our issue, and the best way to remedy our issue. I felt totally comfortable with him and having Bassett out at my home. I will definitely be contacting them in the future. Oh and the price was eminently fair: ) Thank you for helping me check this off my to do list!

Aaron Johnson came out was here for almost 2 hours replaced a sensor but still couldn’t fix it and left without fixing my heat and charged $130. I had to hire another company to come out this morning. It took them 20 minutes to fix what Aaron couldn’t I would like a refund of my $130 that I was charged last night for not doing anything and leaving me without heat

Jared helped to replace our exterior downspout drains. He was extremely careful with our landscaping in the process. We just replaced all of our landscaping last year before finding out that we needed to dig up half of our yard. He was very respectful in the path that he took And making sure that our plants were avoided as much as possible. He did a great job ensuring that the damage to the lawn was minimal in a fairly extensive process with an excavator I would highly recommend Bassett again.

Dylan and Alex did a wonderful job! We got hydro jetting done to clear roots. It was quick and easy to get the job done. Also basset had the best prices around town . Great job, thanks again!
