Alex and his crew were awesome! They came out the same day I called and within minutes identified the problem and informed me of the solution. They are very professional and very knowledgeable, he was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Zoom Drain and will use them again when/9or even if ever needed. Lannie is in the office and she is awesome as well, communication is excellent. Over all Zoom Drain is by far the best plumbing company I have dealt with, and the pricing is very reasonable! Had a blockage leading to my septic tank. Technician came out quickly and on time. Went over what the problem may be and the options to fix. Got the work done fast and suggested solutions to not have repeat problems. Very satisfied....only wish they offered septic tank cleanouts.
