Fry was awesome! My tankless water heater stopped working and I called Fry and they scheduled me for the follwing morning. I get off the phone and I hear a water trickling sound so I go to the basement door and realize the tankless water heater burst. I turned off the water main and called Fry back and said that it was now an emergency. They had someone out in a few hours! Troy was great with the diagnosis and quoting! Dakota and Jesse replaced my tankless water heater and did a spectacular job! They protected my carpet and completely cleaned up when they were done! And Karen and Jennifer in the office are super friendly and helpful! I am soooooo happy to have hot water again! Thanks to everyone at Fry!

Our experience with Fry Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing was exceptional. We had been without our furnace for almost two weeks, and then Troy Flores arrived to give us back our warm and happy home with our new hot water heat furnace. It took 3 full days in a freezing cold garage to replace and reconfigure about a mile of piping to service our new, much smaller,but more efficient boiler furnace . Troy was considerate, thoughtful, hard working, very friendly, and is an excellent representative of Fry Heating. We would highly recommend Fry Heating (and Troy Flores) in the future. He was not going to go home until we had heat. He kept his promise and we applaud him!

Our furnace went out on a Friday evening and after calling the service number, we received a very prompt call back to schedule a technician to come out. The technician was professional and treated our house and family with respect and kindness. He was able to fix our furnace within an hour and a half and never pressured us to purchase more than we needed. We asked for a quote to replace our entire system in the future and he was able to get that to us within a day and a half. We would definitely recommend!

Usually I am a bit wary of people when I first meet people. Craig made me feel very comfortable when we started talking and he is certainly easy to talk with. He was professional and answered questions I had for him. Outstanding guy! Glad you have him!!

I had a multifaceted problem with a leak under the sink and a refrigerator with very slow water flow. Brad showed up, listened to the story, and stopped the leak and replaced the flow line to the fridge. He was friendly, efficient, and very competent. Fabulous experience. Would definitely recommend. Brad returned and installed a new kitchen faucet. He is efficient, polite, does high quality work, and is just plum fun to be around. Will always try to get him for plumbing.
