What a fantastic company. They came out the same day we called. Cody was wonderful. Friendly, polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely use Merit Plumbing in the future. Cody came out today earlier than we expected😁 to put in a new sump pump and battery backup. What a nice guy. We thoroughly enjoyed having him here and he went above and beyond asking if we would like him to bring the old battery upstairs. I highly recommend Merit Plumbing. Cody we thank you!!!

Cody came out and fixed one problem and gave us an estimate on another. He was friendly, instructive and highly professional. He told me what he planned to do and the price, which was fair. I thought of something adjacent that should probably also be done, and when I mentioned it, he held up the part he had already pulled from the truck. Thanks Cody and Merit!

Great company! Cash did a great job! He was efficient, professional, polite, personable and on time. He found the issue, told me what it was and fixed it right away. He cleaned up the area where he was working and left no mess. Highly recommend!

A Huge Thanks to Jeff for scheduling Larry and Dylan to replace my sump pump. The nicest and most helpful men to explain things I need to know as a single woman. The entire job was finished within an hour and Merit Plumbing was prompt to take care of my needs. Forever Grateful for great service and kindness!

We had a competitor out to help with a couple of things we needed done in the house and they wanted to look under the house and gave us some suggestions and pricing. We then decided to call Merit Plumbing for a second opinion. We are so glad we did. We called and they came out the next day and looked over our drains under the house. They suggested the same thing as their competitor, but at a much more reasonable price. Larry, Dylan, and Cash were extremely professional and worked extremely hard on the drains and let us know that we were probably going to need to update our water lines too before we had a bigger issue after a small mishap. They were also extremely helpful in letting us know what could happen if we waited too long in updating the lines that were rusting through. After finishing up the water lines for us, they installed a new gas line for us. We can't recommend Merit Plumbing enough. Great local company with wonderful people! They will always be our first call!

We had a fantastic experience with Merit Plumbing. Their technician was extremely professional, polite, and thorough. Absolutely fantastic. He walked us through all of our options on how to move forward with our issues, and he explained everything in a way that someone like me, with no plumbing knowledge or expertise, could understand. I’d give these folks 10 stars out of 5 if I could.
