Ethan was awesome, he was very professional and polite. He explained everything in detail, which is greatly appreciated. I had a leak in my bathroom and could not get anyone to come out and help me. Every company i called told me that could not come out until Monday or Tuesday, but not Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. This company i would recommend to anyone. Thanks again Ethan and Jacob.

Ethan did a terrific job today replacing my sewer stack (along with Ben). They showed up at time promised and alerted me when job was completed, as I had to leave my home while they worked. Ethan also repaired plumbing under my bathroom sink that was not done up to code and was missed by two other Ben Franklin inspections. I was very impressed by his knowledge in explaining the work they did.

Ethan arrived today to do the work we agreed on two days ago. Aside from the professionalism he exhibited, he explained everything so thoroughly that I now have peace of mind. As far as I'm concerned that's the epitome of great customer service. So glad that One Hour is able to cover my heating, cooling and now plumbing issues.

Needed an emergency gas leak fixed and handled the well capping issue we had. We had no heat because the gas company shut it off and wouldn’t turn it back on till it was fixed. They were super accommodating. Mike is very knowledgeable and personable. We appreciate him and his work very much.

We had an unexpected clogged drain, which was actually a clogged stack. Matt quickly assessed the situation and explained it thoroughly. Before starting anything, he provided the plan and pricing so that I knew what would be involved. Once approved he worked on fixing the issue providing several updates. He fixed the issue, cleaned up, and was very considerate of our house and time. He also showed up earlier than expected. Considering the situation, it was a very pleasant experience.

Replacement of the fill valve of our toilet. Took like 5min, he was done. I'm quite independent but will not mess with plumbing or electrical. Awesome to have someone to call to fix issues promptly. When it rains it pours, needed another repair of the tub faucets & had to call them back out. We were again promptly taken care of by Matt & so pleased at the young man's manners. Thank you So we had to have another repair done, this time the replacement of heat tape on our waterline under the house. This service was done by Ethan and yet again the company sends us the greatest professional young man. Explained everything he was doing and popped in several times to keep us informed of things found & progress made. Thank you all so much for providing an amazing service. We'll worth every penny spent. Ethan saves the day again, 10/23/24 addressing a water heater issue, bless you sir for helping me understand and fix the issue.

My kitchen sink was backed up. I filled the form out on website and they were able to send someone out same day. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. I was very stressed about the whole situation but Matt calmed my nerves. I enjoyed working with him and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. He even enjoyed being bothered by my dog. Highly recommended.
