Plumbing 911 is a wonderful company. They are polite and respectful. They send texts, with a picture, letting you know who is coming, with a little information about them. They arrived promptly when they said they would and explained what they needed to do. The pricing is fairly priced and budget friendly. They work fast and efficiently. Brandon completed my work and I would gladly have him come back to work on my next plumbing project.

Josh replace the main water shutoff valve to our home after the original 35 year old valve stem broke off. He was very professional, knowledgeable, quick and courteous. He did a great job and I am grateful for his help. He was very personable and I enjoyed watching him work and asking him questions.

Scott did a great job and was very friendly! My mom,Norma, requested him because when she had a different plumbing issue he came out and she trusted him to come back. Thanks again for the great work!

Hesitation in leaving this but I had a leak in a small finished sideroom in my basement. Called this company, the woman I spoke to was super nice, they came fairly quick, plumber was pleasant enough but was insisting my leak was at my shut off and leaked into the sideroom. I attempted to explain that I disagree because my shutoff leaked a little last year, and we tightened it, the water didn't leak into the sideroom last time. He lifted the sealing in the sideroom and still insisted it was the shutoff. When I was taken aback by the price, he showed me a picture of the 2'-2'6" copper pipe he was using that had a $499 price next to it. WTH! This same pipe is only $14.99 at Home Depot. But I needed the fix as it was leaking into my drywall. Trusting he was the plumber, I paid the man and began cleaning up. Put a fan in the sideroom and didn't really have a need to go back in the room until I needed to get my camping chairs. I noticed, the leak was not fixed! I called this company back as most places like this will guarantee their work for at least 6 months. Nope, I was just about a week shy of their 3 month policy. The woman was really nice again, said let's see because of the initial plumber, he is no longer there and wasn't a good fit, but someone will come quickly. They sent another plumber, super nice, fixed the problem this time, found the leak in the same spot the last plumber refused to really look, another charge and he said he would talk to the company because he didn't understand how the other plumber missed the true source. That was August. Was waiting to see if I could hear from this company since the 1st plumber should've caught it the 1st time, which i explained to them, the 1st guy wouldn't hear me, maybe get back some of the $1000 it cost to fix the leak since I will now have to replace that drywall too...but I haven't and so I have to say, buyer beware. This is just so wrong.
