Thanks and kudos to "leading man" Tony and "co-star" Alex! First they helped me search for the source of a leak in my laundry room. They checked everything but with no success--that time. Then, in the frigid cold, they came a few days later to install a new water tank. They considerately put all their supplies in the garage so the garage door could be closed against the 0 degree temperature. The installation was smooth and careful, and the guys were wonderful about explaining the procedure and answering my questions. They doubled checked everything and, in doing so, found the source of the leak, and make the necessary repair. I've used this company before, and they will always be at the top of my list for service, quality, and price.

Extremely prompt and provides excellent work. Everyone is very friendly and seem to truly care about their quality of work. Thank you so much for getting our hot water tank replaced so quickly. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber and will continue to use them for all of our needs

We had a pipe burst in the wall due to the sub zero temps this week . Call my plumber at 6:00 pm and had an appointment for next day at 9:00-9:30 . Called ahead to tell me they were on the way . Fixed the problem quickly with a very fair price . I definitely will use them again and also refer them to others .

My Plumber just did a full remodel of our bathroom including all new plumbing. Both workers were completely and totally professional and respectful to my wife who was there working from home. They went above and beyond to make sure everything looked perfect and even made some minor repairs to some small annoying things in the house that were not even related to their current job. We got several quotes and they came in with the most fair price for the quality of materials and work we received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any sort of work done and I personally will be using them again in the future.

Bill was amazing. We had a lot of ideas of what we wanted to do with the plumbing in our bathroom remodel. He took the time to explain our options and helped guide us to the best decisions for what outcome we were looking for. We had our tub/tile refinished by someone else, but Bill completed all the plumbing modifications, installed our flooring, and reinstalled our toliet, new vanity, and all the hardware. His attention to detail was very appreciated, and he treated our bathroom as if it were his own. We even had to reschedule, and My Plumber was great with accommodating our delays with our tile guy. We got multiple quotes and all were comparable. The final job even ended up coming in less than expected, and Bill adjusted the bill accordingly. More than pleased with the honesty in the billing, he didn't have to do that. We have definitely found a new plumber and would recommend My Plumber and Bill to anyone who's in need.

Great experience with this company. I have seen the vans driving around Mentor and happened to stumble upon an ad in one of the money saving magazines that come in the mail. So, I decided to give them a call to replace an outside faucet at my elderly fathers home. Both Tiffany who answered the phone and Tony the plumber that came to the house were very professional. I was able to get an appointment within two days from when I called, and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use again.

And then Tony who actually did the work at our house went the extra mile because he followed up previous shoddy work by a previous plumber we used to use.
