First time with Five Star and I am so pleased with the result. Trey and Louis were professional, respectful and friendly. The entire process was so easy starting with scheduling with Mandy through to installation of our new hot water heater. Highly recommend.

My installation was great! It was a tricky process, since it involved a return of a water heater to the store, in exchange for a replacement. Trey and Connor were very thorough throughout the process and carefully checked each water heater that Lowe’s might issue. They were able to identify existing damage to multiple water heaters, so as to avoid any further holdup. They were really good about explaining the process and there work in removal of old and installation of new water heater was very efficient and well-done. I’m happy to be back up and running

I contacted Five Star Plumbing about water backing up into my basement. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. The technicians were very professional and clean, wearing boot covers and everything. They were able to clear the blockage in my sewer main! Highly recommend!

This is my second time using Five Star, and they've earned another five-star review from me. My kitchen sink clogged during dishes, and Five Star sent out Jeff and Kaleb right away, same day. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional, thorough, and above all, quick! My sink was draining again in under 20 minutes (despite them having to navigate weird plumbing architecture done by the original builder!). The quote for the work was less than any of the competitors in the area - I checked around, despite my first experience with Five Star being good - so I'm very happy. I will definitely continue using Five Star again for any plumbing needs, and I don't think I'll bother getting quotes from other places next time.

Not rating the service but rather the lack there of. We went through Lowes to have a water heater installed, it was supposed to be same day installation if the call came in before 12p, which ours did. We were supposed to receive a call within the hour from Five Star and didn’t, I reached out myself at the hour and a half mark- the agent assigned (Laurie or Lauren) was supposed to call me back once she finished up with another customer. The call never came, it’s now been 6 hours since we sent the initial inquiry.

I was super impressed with this company. I contracted with them through Lowe's to replace a gas hot water heater and with only two days in advance notice, Justin from Five Star Plumbing contacted me the next day and was able to send a representative, Austin, out the following day when we were available to be there all day. Austin was extremely courteous, customer-service oriented, knowledgeable, and got the job done perfectly same day. AND while there, we discovered another plumbing problem (a toilet leak) and he fixed that for us too. I would absolutely recommend and use them again!

Absolutely fantastic service! My sewer main was clogged and they were able to help me within 24 hours. The technicians were very clean and explained everything to me. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.
