Over the past few months, they’ve tackled multiple projects in my century-old home, from installing a second-floor washer and dryer to fixing a broken toilet, conducting a backflow inspection, and snaking every pipe in the house. Beyond that, they even took on some remodeling and repair work, and the results have been nothing short of fantastic. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Elliot and Matt, and both were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just downright fun to work with—something you don’t always expect from a plumbing crew! Wonderful experience!! I'm unfamiliar with all things plumbing. I needed a new water heater installed. Matt took the time to walk through everything! He explained the pros and cons of tankless vs a conventional tank water heater. Oakwood plumbing is quick, affordable and extremely professional! I highly recommend this company!

Oakwood Plumbing just installed a new water softerner for us. They did a great job! Very meticulous, great attention to detail, even replaced some of our old galvanized with copper - very clean work, and not only does it look great, it's working great also! Later that evening, several hours after they left, there was a small leak in one of the fittings that was just trickling. It was a Friday night, we called the after hours number, and Matt came right out and fixed it very quickly, just by tightening it a bit! Very responsive, we are grateful and thankful and also impressed with the attention to detail and the exceptional customer service! After calling first thing in the morning about an outdoor leak and some old indoor fixtures, Oakwood Plumbing sent two workers out within hours. The work was done professionally and the plumbers were personable and kind. The new fixtures, valve and piping look so good and the non-leaking outdoor tap is now in place. Thanks so much! When you find a company that you can trust, you want to use them exclusively. Fortunately for us, Gordon’s team at Oakwood Plumbing can do a lot of things at a fair price and really well!! We’ve had great experiences with repairing plumbing leaks, replacing water heaters, and remodeling bathrooms. Just a true gem!
