Hello Owner: it has been over 3 weeks since your response but I have not heard back from you. I assume you are all back from the Holidays. DJ It is not clear if Schott Plumbing warranties their work. Do they, or don't they? If they do, for how long? FYI: I have been using them for years and have always been satisfied with their work. But the first time I was not satisfied I felt I should get some of my money back. But when I complained, I never heard back. If they are a top notch plumbing business, I should at least hear back and they should seriously review my complaint.

Nick and crew came out on time and did a fantastic job. Put us at ease with walking us through the process. Professionally dug up yard and removed old sewer lines and replaced with upgraded pipes to septic tank. Altho some challenges took place they explained everything each step of the way without price going up, and eased our minds of fixing all plumbing issues including cleaning out septic tank. Would recommend them if you need this service done call them today for great work..

We had our main sewer line replaced from the house to the street. There was minimal landscaping "damage" and the cleanup was excellent. The service was excellent and the job was affordable.

These guys are wonderful, and they made a huge headache of a problem a lot less stressful than anticipated! We had a horrible clog in our sewer lines and well as a broken pipe that needed dug up and replaced. They had to do two days of work due to the issue. They were on time both days and got right to work. They kept us in the loop all day and showed us what they were doing and what was going on before moving on to the next step. When they left, everything was cleaned up, almost like they hadn't even been there.So personable and friendly, and really put us at ease. Their prices were extremely reasonable for the job that was done as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Dayton area without a doubt!

I scheduled a free estimate to see what it would cost to replace a rusted pipe that I thought was the cause of rust backing up into my bathroom sink. Ron came out and stuck a hair clog tool in the sink and moved it around twice for about 10 seconds and the sink started to drain, which I thought was part of the estimate. Never once did he mention charging for sticking the clog remover into the drain but I received a $130 invoice a week later. Any charge should have been mentioned prior to "work" being done. When I called to speak to him about it he was extremely rude and didn't understand why I was upset to receive a bill when there was never a mention of a charge. He told me whether I was aware of being charged or not the "work" was done and that was that.

New at writing reviews, but I feel compelled to write this one! I had a major problem with the main sewer line, which resulted in having the yard dug up..old broken pipe removed and new installed and lines cleaned out. Chris Mitchell, Nick Sorensin, and Allen (from Drain Tech) did a great job! If you need plumbing work done call them without hesitation! (they give job estimates...not all companies do...) Chris was great. He was on time and cost was more than reasonable. He set time expectations and then met them. Overall great experience to repair sewer lines. Hopefully I never need them again!

They were very responsive to our call and within 24 hours had our problem fixed. The gentlemen that did the work were very professional and cleaned up everything they touched. We would highly recommend them!
