Jackson Comfort Services

We hired Jackson comfort to come out and snake a drain for us because the toilet was backing up. A guy comes out one day and says the drain needs snaked that he's the only one with the camera but he'll come back the next day. The next day a totally different guy comes with no camera and was only here for a matter of 20 minutes half hour at most. Claims he found a blockage early on and that we were good to go. A mere 2 hours after the technician leaves, we're having the same exact issues again. So then we have to pay $250 to another company to come out who found three major blockages all the way down to the road. I'm a stay-at-home mom with a 3-year-old who is in the middle of potty training and this was expressed at the time of service. It has been a very stressful two weeks to say the least. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the services and I would not recommend these people to anyone. The photos attached are what the second company pulled out. Not Jackson comfort. They didn't even show me anything they were doing or any evidence that anything was done.

I want to thank Jackson Comfort Services and their service technician, McGuire Shaffer, for the amazing job they did and the service they provided. I cannot recommend them highly enough… 5 stars is not enough. Several months ago, we had a plumber install an automatic shut off valve for the water in our house. We had had a small water leak that went unnoticed for weeks and did extensive damage, we did not want it to happen again. The previous plumber put the water sensor shutoff valve, as you can see in the picture, in the splash wall of our basement kitchen, without discussing it with us. Then he said we should “creatively find a way to cover it up”… It could have easily been placed under the cabinet as you can see in the second picture. I continually tried to contact the original plumber to come and fix the mess he had made. He did not return calls and occasionally returned a few texts. Finally, he told me he could not come and do it. That’s when I called Jackson Comfort Services. The woman who answered the phone was very professional, accommodating, and provided excellent service. The service technician, McGuire Schaffer, was here that same afternoon to look at the job. Mr. Shaffer inspected the situation, offered solutions, addressed all of my concerns, gave me an estimate and said he would be back Monday morning to do the work. True to his word, I received a text from the company, alerting me of his arrival, and he arrived on time as promised. Mr Shaffer was very neat, courteous, and thorough in his work. As you can see from the pictures, he placed the valve that was above the counter, under the counter in the cabinet and far exceeded my expectations in service, excellence and professionalism in his work. I highly recommend Johnson Comfort Services and their service tech Mr. McGuire Shaffer to do any plumbing work you may need in your house or business. …. Now I just need to fix the drywall and paint….

Wonderful service and very tidy workers! Cody M, Cody C, and Brett were fabulous and fast!! I can’t believe how much room I have in my furnace room! The house was warm even as they were going through the lessons on how to work the thermostats. Definitely a five star crew!

Once our water boiler was considered shot, the team at Jackson Comfort got everything rolling very fast. They were very professional, did a fantastic job installing our new Water boiler system, an answered every question I can think of. Not only is the new system efficient, they did a great job making it presentable as well. I would highly recommend this company to take care of your next heating and cooling issues or maintenance, because they not only do a great job, they back up their work. I know my family and I will be working with them in the future on any issues we have and maintenance needed.

My furnace was showing an error light, blowing cold air and my installer wasn’t available. I called Jackson Comfort Services and scheduled a visit. The entire interaction was professional and comforting. From the young lady who answered the phone and scheduled my appointment , to Andy the technician who performed the service. The profile I received prior to Andy’s arrival was a nice feature. It’s like I knew him before he knocked on my door! Andy was great, he was polite and knowledgeable. You could tell he’s been doing this for a while. He provided a detailed explanation for everything he did and why. He was thorough and meticulous with his work. I m extremely satisfied with the work of the technicians John & Robert. Everything was completely explained on how to operate system and the no worry warranty guarantee. They were knowledgeable and professional .. The transformation of my heating system and the cool features it comes with is wrth the experience

We needed a new furnace and air conditioner. We have been Jackson customers for over 20 years and appreciate their knowledge and experience. Keith came out and explained our options. He educated us on how the refrigerant is changing next year and AC units will be more expensive. We chose their "better" product (between good, better, best) and they gave us a nice discount if we scheduled soon. The installers came the next day and were professional and efficient. We had a positive experience, all the way around. 5 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was not personally present when Dylan came to the house, my brother, however, was there. He said that Dylan and a female colleague were prompt, thorough and extremely professional. He was impressed by how attentive they were to being neat and clean, and returning things back to their original state. My brother that they were informative, engaging and also worked great as a team. Kudos all around! We will be in touch soon, about scheduling future work! Van Chambers
