The guys at Weiss plumbing came out after we had an issue with our water pressure. They were on time and professional for the entire visit. They identified the problem quickly and made the repairs. They easily could've upcharged me because I know nothing about plumbing but they didn't. I thought service like this didn't exist anymore. We were extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable plumber!

Had them out for a major repair of a drain stack and quoted me the one day and were out the next to fix it. Got it done in a few hours and finally had a bathroom back in our house. Overall was very satisfied

This is the second time this company was assigned to do repairs on my home. This first time some scheduling conflicts happened and needed to reschedule the sewer line jetting. That was handled as intended. The second time (1/3/25) was due to leaking shutoff underneath the bathroom sink. The two gentlemen called to ensure it was ok to come out early, arrived, looked at the work to be done and also seen that the other shutoff was broken as well. Both shutoffs and lines replaced quickly. Both were friendly and got the job done.

Used them through my home warranty! They called within five minutes of calling. Came out the next day for a quote then was here on Monday for my new hot water tank. Very fast great response and professional workers. Very happy!

Good notes: The company was easy to schedule with, and responsive to questions. So far the repairs have held up. Their work and skill was good. My plumbing got fixed. Bad notes: It is completely unprofessional that their employee started a conversation with "I'm not racist. Whether you're Black, white, gay, straight, whatever. I treat everyone the same," and then continue talking about how his religious beliefs say some people are wrong, that certain racial groups of people are difficult for him to work with, and which groups "jew you down." Yes, he said that. I can't speak to how the plumber treats people. He might not deny people services, or 'treat' people differently in his eyes. But despite him saying that people "need to get along," he knew which groups were hard for him to get along with. He even described them by a racial slur, making it clear that the worker views people in stereotypical groups instead of as neighbors, individuals, or clients. Hiring someone is not an invitation or a platform for them to spout their racially and religious biased opinions in someone else's home. My friends, family, and myself have had our lives threatened due to religious and racially biased beliefs, so I like to keep anyone who spouts such biases out of my house. Since I rent, I cannot choose who my landlord calls, but if I could, I would at least request a different person. Recommendation: The company should work to hold their employees to a higher standard or train them to be professional. They should at least know what are racial slurs and know not to use them. It would go a long way.

Called to see about getting a quote on having my shower and bathtub faucet leaks fixed. They sent someone and they never gave a quote. Just started working on it. Took him over 2 days to fix then hit us with an extremely large bill they wanted all paid in full immediately. Told them I can do half now and half in two weeks time. When they argued I told them first of all I never agreed on a quote. They agreed to let me pay half and half two weeks later. Then to top it off their work didn't last but a few months and the bathtub was leaking again. Not wanting to risk being charged even more for coming to fix a job they apparently didn't do correctly in the first place, it still drips. They were recommended by my town Facebook page of being reasonably affordable. They're anything but. Do not recommend at all.

technician was fine but after he was finished the company wanted to add fees to change a valve that I didn’t care about or ask to be replaced. They tried to charge extra to modify the water lines when all they did was cut them shorter. Then they said they had to charge me for taking the old tank away when the guy who installed it said they store them till they get enough then they sell them to the scrap yard. I wouldn’t recommend them because I don’t think they’re very trustworthy. I can’t believe my insurance company sent a company with such a poor rating to my home. I’m changing insurance companies today.

Had wiese out to replace a hot water tank. They were assigned through my home warranty to do the work. Company came out and did the initial inspection which went good. During the initial inspection was told that the gas valve was out of code and that they would change the water valves as the were older wheel valves. After home warranty approved the hot water tank home warranty company informed that would be an additional out of pocket charge of $50 for the valves and other misc work that Wiese plumbing was recommending. Wiese came out on Friday July 17th 2020 to put the new hot water tank. During the install the plumbers got the hot water tank stuck in the door way scratching up the drywall. After the company left noticed that none of the valves were changed and the gas line was at a severe angle instead of straight up and down. Then on Monday July 20th 2020 went down stairs and noticed water on floor from hot water tank. After further investigation realized that the plumbers had bent the copper pipe on the hot water side to make it fit onto the new water tank. In the process of bending the pipe they stressed the joint where the pipe and valve meet and a pin hole leak developed. Called wiese plumbing on July 20th to inform them that they needed to come fix what they screwed up. Company has since been hiding behind the home warranty company and refusing to come fix the problem. They are also refusing to refund or do the work that I paid the $50 dollars to have done. As far as I’m concerned this is straight up theft. My opinion of this company is that they clearly don’t care about the customers they serve and are run by a lying thief who only cares about stealing money from his costumers and hiding behind home warranty companies to justify and continue his theft of people. He should be in prison for fraud. To top it all off the company did not pull the required permits from the city to do the work and the work was not completed to current code. Just truly shoddy work!
