First Choice Plumbing

I had a bathroom sink that was badly clogged. I had already snaked the line with negative results. I called First Choice Plumbing and scheduled a service for today. They were on time and extremely professional. Austin and Josh worked on the issue and resolved it in a timely manner and cleaned up after the job was completed. They were very thorough, and actually found a small crack in the galvanized nipple that I would’ve definitely missed. This was the first time I’ve used this company but will absolutely use them again if I’m up against a tougher plumbing issue than I’m able to handle. I HIGHLY recommend them.

After damaging my new floor and being called a child for complaining, the owner refuse to pay for the repairs. His workers, which are related threw pipes and parts in my flowerbeds and driveway. The cost was supposed to be 2000$ but the final price was 2750$. He refuses to give documentation for the warranty so if the quality of service is anything like his attitude I will need that with in the next year. Find another plumbing service if you can..

Not happy with all the mistakes mad in plumbing my new home. Had them back several times to correct problems that should never have happened.

My service was excellent, Troy was very nice and professional. They even got the job done faster than they expected. I couldn't ask for better service

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND any alternative options. The owner posts his own reviews, is rude to clientele, & didn't show up on time.
