Exceptional Service – Trustworthy & Professional! I had an issue with my well, and Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Toledo did an amazing job fixing it! From the start, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and got to work right away. I had to go to work while they were at my house, but I felt completely comfortable trusting them to be there alone. When I came home, not only was the well fixed, but everything was cleaned up perfectly—like they were never even there! Their professionalism and respect for my home truly stood out. I had to call because I noticed that my hot water pressure was really bad. I went in the basement to the hot water heater and noticed the spigot at the bottom was leaking. I tried turning it to fully make sure it was shut off and that only made the water come out faster. I got a hose and hooked to it and let it drain to the sump pump while I call Mr. Rooter. They sent out plumber technician Chris Mallory. He was extremely polite and professional. He first tried replacing the spigot at the bottom but being the the heater was so old and the spigot was made of plastic it just started crumbling. He did continue to try and get it fixed but as it turned out most of the piping in this particular tank was plastic and it just kept crumbling every time he tried. As it turned out I had to have a new water heater installed and Chris ended up spending almost the entire day at my house because some of the pipes connected to the water heater were also not up to code. He fixed everything and by the end of the night I had hot water again. I am thoroughly satisfied with the work that Chris did at my house and Thank you Mr. Rooter for sending him out.

Jeremy and David were some of the best professionals I’ve had work in my home. After a nightmare left by a prior contractor trying to cut costs, they stepped in and offered a fair price. I had received multiple quotes for the same repair, and theirs stood out not only for the fair price (not the cheapest and definitely not the highest) but also for their professionalism and ability to get started as soon as I decide if I was willing. They completed the job properly and showed great care while in my home, using tarps and wearing boot covers to protect the space. Their attention to detail and respect for my home were remarkable. Beyond their excellent work, they also made a personal connection, which made the experience even more positive. After finishing the repair, they reviewed the materials used and adjusted the quote, which resulted in a price reduction. The response to our issue was quick and prompt. The work was done well, and above and beyond. They kept us apprised of what was being done, how it was being done, and gave us the cost up front before doing anything. There was some additional issues discovered while fixing our original problem, and we were given an updated cost BEFORE anything else was done, allowing my wife and I to discuss it. The gentlemen who did the work were communicative, courteous and professional. This is especially nice because I have young children in the house. Was happy with the work and should I need any more work done, knock on wood, I will be a returning customer.

Was very pleased with the professionalism of each employee that came out to my home. They conducted themselves extremely well, they informed me of the steps they were taking to resolve my issue. They cleaned up very well after they completed the job, and gave me a price quote for an extensive fix. The pricing is reasonable for what they informed me the permanent fix would be. Highly recommend the company 10's across the board.

Mr. Rooter came out within 24 hours of me calling. It wasn't an emergency but I did need someone out next day, I called around 8 pm the night before. The gentleman that came out was very polite, explained everything in detail that needed to be fixed, and once we realized it was going to be a bigger project, he made sure I knew all my options. I would recommend them to anyone needing small maintenance or emergency work.
