Pipe Doctor

My fireplace was shutting off intermittently. Troy came out, the fireplace ran fine/didn’t shut off when he was there. I paid $139 and he left. The next day it did it again. He said it needed a thermocouple for $300. I asked if some of the $139 could be applied to the $300, he said it could not. We decided to call Myers fireplace (should have done that first) the gentleman who came out without even looking at it said he could almost guarantee it just needs a cleaning. That is the first thing to try. He cleaned it, it works great! I’m so glad I didn’t pay the $300 to have it still not work. (Which by the way Myers would have only charged $75 for a thermocouple)I’m very disappointed that I wasted the $139. It is not Troys fault the fireplace didn’t act up when he was there and he should be paid for his time but it’s very disappointing that he didn’t try cleaning it and just assumed it needed a thermocouple.

If I could give him 10 Stars I would. Had to have the plumbing redone so that the water company could hook up their automated reader. After calling several plumbing companies and getting some outrageous estimates and being told I have to wait to have it done. I was very pleased when they showed up on time.The gentleman named Troy told me that he could do the job today. That he had everything on his truck to do it. And they were $200 cheaper than anybody else. Troy was very professional, had job quickly, and he was very clean. Really nice to know that some people still take pride in the work. Will use this company again. And will highly recommend them to other people.

Highest price but they said that's because the were the best. Worse job ever. Our basement drain was backed up later that week. They also took my card but never charged me. Great didn't feel guilty because they didn't do the job. So I had it done right for 250. Then checked my card a few days later and there is the 250 and 391 from Pipe Doctor. So 650 out of my pocket. Don't use them.

The experience with the Pipe Doctor team has be a great experience. They were on time and very informative every step of the way. Reasonably priced and great initial set up appointments and booking. Over all great experience! Highly recommended!

Pure FRAUD! Stay Away! We called them to clear a clogged drain. They tried to get my staff (Con My Staff) into paying $2,000.00 just to clear the line. Thank goodness they did not fall for it. Called Roto - Rooter , they came out cleared the drain and it was only $199.00! These people are con artists !!! I am filing a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's Office. Run From These Con Artists. !!!

Do not do business with this company. They are unethical in their practices. They require a deposit for an appointment. Tell you that it will be returned if they do not do the work. If you cancel the appointment (even within 24 hours) they keep your money and refuse to return it. This company takes advantage of seniors and disabled veterans. Do not trust them.

My waking up to no running water due to frozen pipes (Whew! What a winter!) was my first meeting the Pipe Doctor's Brandon Barto. What wonderful, quick and friendly service he provided. And he's cute!! Lucky me.

Jenny truly cares about what she does and is fantastic at customer service! 10/10 would recommend these services
