Plumbing One did an excellent job with some sink and toilet maintenance issue. They were prompt, courteous and fairly reasonable in price. Dave was very friendly, checked everything over and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend them.

Absolute Pros. Installed a tankless hot water system after our 2nd hot water tank went out in 5 years (they did not install either that went out). David and Moose both treated our property with care and were super polite. The guys worked efficiently and got our water back on in a timely manner. I’d hire these guys for any and all of my plumbing needs. 5 stars all the way.

Everyone I spoke with was super polite and professional. When the plumber came to fix our issues, he explained why why things weren't working and what he did to fix it. Also did it in a timely manner, and I really liked the text alerts from the company keeping me updated. I would recommend these guys if you have any plumbing issues.

What a great experience all around. Dave Taylor kept me informed at to what was going on and when he would arrive. He also went above and beyond to help with my husband who needed assistance that was a bonus. Respectful of our time and home. Just sorry we didn’t have a full basement for such a tall person!! Would not hesitate to recommend them. Have used them often and always a great experience.

I recently had Plumbing One remove an existing bathroom vanity and install a new one that was purchased from Wayfair. The process was seamless from start to finish. Our service tech, Elaine, came to our home and gave us a firm, reasonable quote. Then we scheduled the removal, which only took an hour to complete, and included disposal of the old vanity. After we completed some prep work of adjacent walls and tile flooring, we scheduled another appointment for Plumbing One to come back and complete the final install. In about 4 hours our beautiful new vanity was in place, including all faucet plumbing and caulking. Elaine and all who assisted her throughout the job were extremely friendly and professional, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding! My wife and I could not be more satisfied. We will definitely contact Plumbing One for future plumbing needs.

Plumbing one was a 3rd party to a basement company that hit a pipe in the basement bathroom. Jess did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop and making sure I got an appointment as soon as she could get me in. Elaine the plumber came out and did a wonderful job getting the job done and keeping me up to date with what was going on. It wasn’t an easy job but she got it done and cleaned her mess up. Highly recommend.
