Used these guys to replace my hot water heater in October. They went above and beyond! Picked up the new one and brought it over, took out the old, installed the new one. DONE! And for a great price.

I have know Anthony for years, and I have personally used him and he always did a good job. However this all changed when my elderly parents needed the waterline to their house on King st replaced. He charged them about $25,000, busted the gas line in the process and made my parents pay for it. Since he was working under the City of Ravenna, A Complaint was field with them...... they pretty much said they couldn't do anything. My parents, who were poor and couldn't afford the work had to take out a mortgage on their home to pay this amout which I know was about 5 Times what it should have cost. I wouldn't trust him with a plunger now. Stealing from anyone is horrible, stealing from the poor and down is an entirely new level of evil. If I could rate him a lower than one star I would. Go find someone else. Dont forget this is the guy who got busted for selling conceled carry permits for hand guns...... God forgive him

Extremely professional! Went above and beyond on everything. Explained step by step what was going on and exactly what his warranty covered! Will definitely use again anytime I have a plumbing issue!

My kitchen sink banked up Sunday night. I called Drago plumbing Monday morning. Bless him- he came over, fixed the blockage and the problem causing it! Excellent service, communication, work and clean up! I was very happy and will call them next time there is a problem!
