Dan came out today and fixed my tiny issue with no fuss, and integrity! I was so nervous about needing to replace my water heater but it was just user error. He gave me some great tips about maintenance and taught me about my machine! I'll definitely use them from now on because they are honest!

It was good to see Jordan again and meet team member Chaz... again another great experience with OWH! shut valve replaced, and a tank float valve replaced. I'll be calling again in a couple of months! Thx! New post.. 03-13 2024 It was good to see Andrew and Chaz again... new bar sink faucet installed... no more leaks! Btw Tammy... I shared one of the conversations wrt chili 😋 hee hee Opps left out the under sink shut off values that wasn't added when the home was built

I needed a new water heater installed as my water heater was old and leaking. I called Ohio Water Heaters and they had someone at my house in about an hour and a half. Chandler Favil showed up in a marked company van and in a company uniform. He looked at my heater and talked me through the options that were available to me. He explained the pros and cons of the different options. I elected to go with a tank heater replacement. He had all the tools and the heater already in the company van. He began to install my new heater right then. He was polite and professional. It only took about an hour and a half to remove the old heater and install the new heater. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a new water heater.

Had an error code on a on-demand, tankless water heater. Called OWH and Mike called me back within 5 minutes, and was able to walk me through the steps to clear the error code and return the unit to normal service. Exemplary customer service!
