I recommend Schlueter Plumbing highly! I spoke to Ashley on the phone to set the appointment and Ryan & Nick came to give an estimate. From the first moment I made contact until I made the payment, I was treated with courtesy and respect. I had previously gotten an estimate from another plumber, but Schlueter Plumbing worked with my budget. Ryan & Nick worked quickly, yet thoroughly to find a leak with the Main Water Service. I am a retired public servant and am helping my brother who became permanently disabled 4.5 years ago. I exclusively used this company from 1995 until 2004 at my home. I also referred them to numerous other people. I moved out of their service are in 2004. When I googled propane gas line install and they came up I was relieved as I had previous experience with them and was very happy. An appointment was made and due to my brother's dog being run over was rescheduled to today, February 24th. I was told the vans were fully stocked and the job could be completed. I was quoted a price of over 1500.00 to run 10 feet of black iron pipe, connections and pressure test. The crew was not prepared and scoffed when I told them that I was advised they would be prepared or return quickly with the material (within the next business day). I was charged 69.00 for a trip charge that I was not informed of and no work done. The employee did not even go under the mobile home. It was very obvious he did not was to be there or do the job. I checked and the pricing to run gas line to an entire home with all gas appliances checked between 500.00 and 1500.00. This was absolutely ridiculous and now my brother is in danger of losing his HEAP voucher. I had 3000.00 in my pocket today. This experience was absolutely horrible and by the way the parts for the entire job that needed to be done today were less than 200.00. I do not recommend this company in any way shape or form. If they are willing to up charge and take advantage to this extent shame on them. If you don't want a job just say so.

I had an experience with Schlueter Plumbing. It started with my pipes freezing up. I’ve never had that issue before and just figured I had super pipes to survive. I was wrong and dialed and dialed until I found Schlueter. Forget the rest Schlueter is the BEST. And here is why………. When I called Ashley answered. It was after 6pm at night and I honestly thought by then I was in line for a next day appointment. Ashley even let me know she would call back within 10 minutes and she did. And she did not have an ETA but again she said she would return a call to me. Within minutes she gave me the news that Joe would be arriving within the hour after he finished up another home. By now it’s 745pm and Joe arrives exactly how Ashley described it. Well Joe fills me in on what he’s gonna do and makes certain I’m aware that even when and if he can thaw my pipes that there is a good chance some pipes will break do to the ice expanding. What I appreciate the most out of Joe was how honest and completely willing to make sure I understood what was happening. Well Joe was able to fix everything very quickly. By 9pm Joe was on his way out and my daughter was able to take a shower. Had Joe not been there until the following day I think those pipes may of had a different ending as the freeze was still ongoing. The price to avoid disaster was low and thank you so much to Ashley and Joe for not only getting the job done but just for communicating with me to keep me posted. In the end I think what most people are grateful for is an honest communication on detail. I don’t write many if any reviews. But if your reading this than STOP. You have just found the best plumbing service in the Tri-State area. Thanks again Schlueter !!!

Our toddler flushed toys down our toilet on Monday, and Ashley got us scheduled for 8:00am the next morning (today). We were very happy with the customer service from the office and the hospitality of the the service professional, and we were very happy with the price. Thanks for making it easy for us! (And we put a new lock on the toilet lid!)
