Had a great experience with Free Flow plumbing! They first helped me with a sump pump repair and outside spigot replacement. That went so well that I used them again to install a new toilet and vanity in an upstairs bathroom. Very friendly, organized, punctual, and transparent pricing.

John came out same day to investigate why our kitchen sink wasn't draining. Determined it was likely due to ice from the extreme cold weather (days later, once temps warned up, it started to drain, so his hunch re: cold weather was spot on). Was nice enough to check in to see if drain was working.

I've hired Free Flow Plumbing (FFP) for the past 1.5 years for all my plumbing needs. Their work is exceptional, bias for action admirable and counsel balanced/wise. I recently hired them to look at a serious water issue that happened during the severe cold snap. I had a frozen pipe that backed up into an upstairs bathroom and down into my living room. Nick calmly and thoroughly investigated the issue and provided sage counsel, never selling me a service I didn't need. He also came back about a week later and determined a primary cause of the pipe freeze, added a water shut off valve and addressed a few other issues. I've also hired FFP to install a new hot water heater, replace valves, future proof a new home, and address everyday plumbing needs. I trust Nick's counsel and appreciate that he answers my very basic questions with patience and respect. If you're working with your insurance company on a claim, I encourage you to find out what kind of documentation your insurance company needs to process your claim, a report with images or just images. FFP is quick to respond to an emergency and keep client plumbing running well. Knowing insurance requirements upfront helps the process. When I first called FreeFlow back in early 2024, it became evident I may have had a bigger plumbing issue down the road. After having them back for temporary fixes twice, I finally took their advice and sought a permanent fix for the problem. John sent out his A team lead by Nick and they were able to map out my plumbing system for me, and provide a solution in the form of a new sewer clean out to allow us to reach a clog 100+ feet from the house.
