Next day service. Quality work. Had a utility sink faucet changed out, which I bought ahead of time and provided. My only real issue was the financial side of the service. The quote was done on techs cell phone, given to me verbally but was not shown to me. I opted to accept the quoted fee as I would have had to pay $79 for the service call for the tech to just leave (although I expressed that I thought it was a bit high for the service $253), signed the cell phone screen, but never saw the actual quote with itemization. Assumed it would be on my receipt, but I never got a receipt for my service. Thought my receipt would have been sent to me via text or email, since everything else was done electronically, but it was not. I do not like that I did not get a receipt for my service. Update … company reached out a few days after my post and provided me with a receipt.

I called C.Lee plumbing for a second opinion on my business plumbing issue. Chris came out, used a camera and showed me the issues. They appear to be a county issue. When I spoke to the county, they requested him back out. Chris came back out, videoed the needed areas for them. Now due to the extra effort from Chris, the county has been working to correct the issue. I truly believe the professionalism Chris used with me and the county inspector helped in this process. I wish we had more than 5 stars to give! Strongly recommend him for any needed plumbing issues.

I had a main sewer drain line clog and it was too much work for me to handle my self so, based on other positive reviews, I called C. Lee Services and was glad I did. They where able to come out the same day (within a few hours) and got right to work. They snaked out about 150 feet of the main drain then, after the blockage was cleared, they scoped out the drain to confirm that the pipe is in good working order and was able to provide a one year warranty of their work. The crew was quick, efficient, and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. I am very happy with the crew that came out and also very pleased with the quality of their work. Chris, Taylor, and Justin are the kind of guys I would be happy to invite into my home.

Taylor was very prompt in arriving and solving my problem. I have used C.Lee plumbing for other projects in the past, and have recommended them to family and friends. They take pride in customer satisfaction.

Tim & Tony were great. Very honest. Even at their company’s expense, which is why I’m likely to use them again. They work for C Lee Services. Highly recommend them.

I had Leon, Johnny, and Justin come out to replace a section of crushed sewer line. They did a great job and were thorough in making sure it would last. C. Lee’s prices were very reasonable for this project. I’ll call them again if I have any more plumbing issues. The guys had great attitudes and personalities as well. It made the job less stressful as a customer.

Chris, Taylor, and Jonathon did a great job. They were knowledgeable, upfront, courteous, efficient, and clean. The process used in our home was cure in place pipe. They also replaced our outdated cast iron stack. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to others.
