Reshawn did outstanding work installing a new water heater and cleaned up the mess. Todd arrived same day to clean a drain, offering helpful recommendations.
Negative: An elderly woman was overcharged $10,000 for a water service installation that was done improperly and unsafely, with rude customer service and a threat of a lien. The Miamisburg franchise was dishonest, unethical, and lazy in mitigation and restoration work, including billing for work not done, failing to provide documentation to the insurance company, and ignoring customer and adjuster communications. A broken HVAC condensation line was not addressed, resulting in further damage. Another customer experienced a poor mold remediation process, with extreme temperatures and a perceived scam.
