Jeff from 911 plumbing came out and repaired our water leak under our slab house. Jeff and his partner were very nice and informative. We really appreciated his honesty and his knowledge. Surprisingly they were able to finish the job in one day, which involved removing the hot water tank, extensive piping and drilling into the cement floor to access the leak. Once finished, he arranged the piping so it is more accessible for us. We appreciate his help and his sincerity. I would strongly recommend 911 plumbing for efficiency, professionalism and honest pricing.

Cj was great to work with on the measure! The installers Robert, Cole, Alan, and Travis were very accommodating and understanding of my schedule. Quick work and they cleaned up nicely. We needed a new electrical box, water heater, new duct work for an ac unit, as well as a new thermostat. Looks great. Very happy!

Jack of all trades. Master of none. For the record: it is WILSON Plumbing, Electric, Heating, and Cooling (as long as none of those things run to or from an appliance). I called Wilson to handle a plumbing issue. Our sink was backing up. They sent out a technician who snaked our drain, charged us $400, and then left. I called them back the next day when the sink backed up again. A new technician was sent out. He said the problem was our dishwasher. I said, great! Fix it! He said, "We don't do appliances." I asked about the $400 they charged me to fix a problem they didn't fix. His response? "We don't fix appliances." When I called to request a plumber, I was very clear that we were having an issue related to our dishwasher. AFTER they got our money, they claimed no responsibility for the issue. The technician did, however admit that the receptionist was completely incompetent and had no business sending out technicians. I am out $900 to fix this issue after buying a new dishwasher. If they had integrity and competence, they never would have taken my money for a problem they couldn't fix. I wasn't going to leave a review. I was going to take the hit and move on, but their barrage of marketing calls and emails after being told multiple times to LOSE MY CONTACT INFORMATION put me over the edge today. Beware: this organization doesn't care about you or their subcontractors. They just want to collect their $$$ and pay for slick marketing to lure in the next sucker.

Charles and Kaleb did a great job on fixing my driveway after the sewer line was replaced under it I thought it would be another two or more week before it would dry out and he told be about have a tarp put down and told me who to call about gravel (the very day when he showed up) and he helped to spread it. It has been over two weeks without a drive over 100 feet long ,it has been a long walk into the house in mud Thank you so much

The team was beyond my expectations. Professional polite thoughtful and respectful, I thought it would be an entire day. They took a few hours, cleaned up everything. asked me if I needed anything, they couldn't have been more helpful. I've b working with this company for 3 years. Every installment has been smooth and easy and professional.

But technicians Terry and Andy quickly put my anxiety to rest with their professionalism and excellent service. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure the job was done right. Wilson is not the cheapest, but I didn’t want the cheapest—I wanted quality work, and that’s exactly what I got!

We had water coming from under our toilet upstairs when showering and doing dishes. We were put on the schedule right away, next day problem was diagnosed and they came out today replaced some pipes in the floor, it was a big project but they were able to handle it.
