Fickwood Plumbing

We have used Fickwood Plumbing in the past for small plumbing issues and have always had a great experience. Recently, we had to have our water heater replaced and they once again provided excellent service. Everyone on their staff, from the office to the owner to the plumbers is efficient, well trained and courteous. They show up on time, communicate well and clean up the mess with minimal disruption. Definitely recommend!

Fickwood came quickly out on a freezing day to fix my frozen drain under the kitchen sink. The crawl space was 22 in high. Spent quite a long time in that cold cramped space replacing a 4-ft section and the water line. Advised me I had a hole in the foundation which created the issue. The charge was more than fair. I have nothing but praise for the work Fickwood did and would highly recommend them.

I’ve worked with Fickwood to have a water powered backup sump pump installed and a new water heater installed. Both times the company had great communication, were on time, and had very friendly and professional staff. The installations looked very nice and the pricing is competitive. This is a great company, highly recommended!

Nate & Dylan replaced our sump pump today with a more powerful Zollar model. I have a big fear of water in a basement and we are all set! We have a city water back up pump, in case the power goes out. If that doesn’t work, we also have an extra back up line out to the yard. Nate & Dylan added a water line to the system so we can test it and showed me where to shut on/off that water and how to test the system (sump pump and the city water). They leave everything better than it was on arrival and let me take a video to learn about my system. I will certainly call them again!!
