Rooter Man

Tyler was very professional and contacted the office to work with us over a billing item. He completed the job and was very honest regarding the varied end results! Thank you A Rooter Man & Tyler for making our life a little easier!

The young man that came was polite, informative and seemed very knowledgeable. They came out and rooted our system out 100 ft., pulled out some roots that got caught on the auger and cleaned up after themselves. Then he checked to make sure everything was going through properly. The technician was very nice and respectful. Hopefully this will last but he said if it doesn't solve the problem to call Homeserve back and they can try a different method involving high pressure water. Hopefully I won't have to do that. Good job and great customer service.

Tyler, i just want to thank you . I really appreciate your patience and answering my 1001 questions with all the details that i needed. Because you were so efficient and submitted that estimate ALREADY(thank you for that) i already got a call from homeserve telling me that its under review and youll have an answer Monday morning, but she said she is confident it will be approved. Also kudos for getting the snake and camera to go toward the street instead of into the house. You are the only one who has been able to do that. (2 other companies have tried and failed) Thank you again and i do hope you all have a Wed. MAR. 5TH opening. Fingers crossed. Logan and Tyler both came out today to dig up the yard and fix the pipe. These 2 are great. I have my house back. Im very grateful . Thank you so much.

Tyler was great. He was informative, kind, and explained everything in layman terms. He even ran out to Home Depot to grab a part that he didn’t have on him. He was professional and made sure the work was done and done correctly. Highly recommend.

Tyler let us know when he was en route and arrived in a timely manner. He and his partner were knowledgeable and friendly and answered all of our questions. They kept us updated throughout the process and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use A Rooter Man again!

I had a leaking pressure relief valve on my water heater. I sent a message on a Sunday and with 48 hours Austin was at my door. He fixed the issue within 20 minutes and was very polite. I appreciate the prompt response and repair! PS. I used Google reviews to find the right choice. I am not surprised they have 5 stars. Great service!

Hello; this is Johnny Rivers . The guys from Rooter Man has done a terrific job on my drain. My drains is flowing nice. Thanks to Rooter Man. I prefer them over all the rest. Today they received an A-+ in my book.
