Drain Doctor

ZERO STARS: Very dissatisfied with their service. I will say they responded quickly and same day, but everything after that was a nightmare. I was charged 621$ for 2.5 hours of work only for their team to sit in the van and watch the heater attempt to thaw my crawl space from frozen pipes. They then come in and say that NO progress was made and they’d have to return the following morning to complete the job. I tried to negotiate the price since nothing was done and they did drop it down to 600$ but then decided to charge me 621$ as they left. They then returned the following morning(30 min late) to say they will be charging me $675 AGAIN for 3 more hours of work but will give me a 4th hour for free. 3 hours later they inform me my pipes were thawed but I was still not able to have water because now my well pump has been discovered to be cracked and “This is where we stop”. I was then given a referral for another company that quoted 2000$ for this new job. After I paid another company to complete the pump repair I attempted to call drain doctor back because I had discovered they left materials down in my crawl space to finish insulating the pipes and I was asking if they were going to come back and finish up , but I was informed they would have to charge me again for that service. They denied me the “free” hour of work I was initially promised and had the nerve to ask for more money. I will most definitely never be working with Drain Doctor again.

Contacted Drain Doctor to schedule/quote for hydro jetting my homes basement tiles. Was able to schedule appointment very quick but the employee I spoke to could not give me a standard price or range that the company might charge. She stated, “Our technicians will come to your home at time of appointment and give you a quote for services before they start any work.” Day of appointment, technicians arrived and inspected my very standard, medium sized, unfinished basement. They quoted the price for hydro jetting basement footer tiles at $545. They would not budge from the price and stated, “Sir, $545 is our minimum charge for this service, if you decide not go with our company we are going to have to charge you an $80 service fee for coming to your house today.” Just a heads up to other potential customers of this company that are in need of this service.

Drain Dr to the rescue! This is the second time they have helped us out. Technician was polite and professional. Quick response, good service, and cleaned up when the job was done. Thank you for everything.

Trey came out and replaced a section of our soil stack that was leaking. He did a great job and was very responsive and reasonable. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with my services from drain doctor. I had a gentleman named Trey that came out and not only did he give me a good price but he went above and beyond. He was very courteous and did an amazing job at cleaning up afterwards and explaining through the whole process what was going on. I would recommend him, and them to anyone looking for a good plumber.

Had a drain pipe in my wall burst on a Friday night while trying to clear a stubborn clog. Called Drain Doctor Saturday morning and they had someone out within a few hours. Had to cut out a section of wall but nothing I was prepared to do myself. The guy repaired the section of pipe and it didnt break the bank. I will definitely call DD again in the future for those plumbing projects I dont want to tackle.

I called at 8:24 am to get scheduled for service and two technicians arrived at 9:44 am, within the 1 hour window I was given. They were packing up by 10:09, having successfully completed the job. Seemed a little pricey for 25 minutes of work, but results are there and the prompt arrival was appreciated. The drains are running perfectly more than a week later. Technicians were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Satisfied customer :)

Robert was wonderful. He came in, did the job as needed, was pleasant and seemed very competent. We're happy with our new faucet! Also appreciated the prompt service response!
