Erie Home Basement Solutions

Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work.

We are satisfied with the finished job in our crawl space. The salesmen promised things that were not part of the installation. Get EVERYTHING in writing. Jacob spoke to us every day and kept us informed of progress. They did a few extra things that they thought were necessary to make sure there would be no future issues. The air system is great! The crawl space is warmer than it has ever been and humidity started to drop immediately.

This evening Craig S. came to our home to look at our basement. Not only was he extremely thorough, but he made sure to take extra time to explain the ins and outs of every product he was talking about. My wife and I are newer to owning a home and this is our first “big project”. Craig spent extra time getting to know us and helping us navigate the unknown when it came to the issues we are having. I highly recommend having Craig come out and look at your basement, he is phenomenal.

I wouldn't recommend Erie Home to anyone! They done a trouble job, yes they finished it quickly but everything is lecking when it didn't leck before Erie homes touched my basement! They have been out to my home 3 to 4 different times and they still refuse to fix their mistakes! It has only been 7 almost 8 months hate to see a year from now! We absolutely loved our basement before Erie touched it! Don't have them do anything to your home save your time and money! Find a company that takes pride in their work and their warranty! They send their repair techs out with chock to cover up there mess ups!

We had a great team come out. They were detailed and communicated with us every day. They did a great job with protecting our belongings. It did get extremely dusty down there so i wish that was cleaned up afterwards..... our guy Dakota also gave us great information on the business overall and what is done. Once the job was done, we actually had heavy rain and the sump pump went right to work.

From the start of just getting a estimate Anthony and Brandon were amazing. I was very hurt to find all the damage that had been done and they comforted me in my time of need while being professional assuring me that everything would be okay. The crew that came out was very professional helpful and did a good job and walked me through it as they did so. Glad that I chose them to do my waterproofing job it looks good we've had quite a few downpours since they completed and I haven't found one drop of water. That makes me a completely satisfied customer when it's time to put the roof on my home I will be using them as well thank you so much guys

Erie home was fantastic! The crew kept us well informed on everything they were doing and the work was done in only 3 days. We are very happy to finally have a water proof basement. I would recommend Erie to anyone looking for waterproof work.

We called Erie for an estimate on a vapor barrier. We just bought our home and we had a mold issue and mildew smell throughout the house. The informed us they could clean all the mold, encapsulate our crawl and install a ventilation system as a remedy. It was definitely not an expense we were prepared for but luckily they offer financing. The couple of teams who came to install were great; very personable and considerate of not tearing up our yard! The actual setting up of the install was a pain though. Trying to get ahold of the office administrator and install manager was the biggest pain and why I’m only giving 4 stars. All in all, our crawl space looks really nice now!
