Was experiencing a sump pump issue and Rooter man was very quick to respond. Joel was a great guy that had his guy Ryan at my house within an hour as I was trying my best to keep me sump pump from overflowing. Ryan provided excellent service, was very professional, very knowledgeable in his trade and was able to adapt on the fly in determining what was needed to fix my sump pump and drainage issues. Thank you so much Ryan for your help man! Impressive.

Rooter Man is a great local service provider. They had my sewer main repaired same day, and for a good price. Specific thanks to Joel for the prompt scheduling. Big thanks to Christian for arriving on time, delivering quality work, and providing a thorough cleanup (the work area looks like nothing ever happened). I appreciated the respect given to our home. Hopefully our plumbing stays healthy for a long time, but if any future repairs are needed, we will be calling Rooter Man first thing.

Ryan did excellent work today. He did about 6 hours of work in a really difficult spot to replace my shower valves and lines. He was polite, explained what he was doing and took pride in his work. I hope to not need service again but if I do I'll give Rooter a call again. The price was reasonable and I appreciated the veteran discount.

Rooter Man came, there was a misunderstanding on time, they were responsive when called and came promptly and were courteous on the phone. The plumber was nice and courteous, he did excellent and was done in last then an hour. There bath was clean when he left and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Rooter Man and I would use them again, they have great customer service.
