I called for an appointment this morning,and within an hour I received a call back and the 2 young men where at my house in 11 minutes, they got the job done in a very timely manner, and got everything taken care of, and did not leave a mess. I was very satisfied. ( Ms. Willie Parker)

I really appreciate how quickly they scheduled the repair and fixed a broken pipe that was causing water to enter my basement. Their prompt response was a huge relief. However, I can’t give 4 or 5 stars due to how they left my home after the job was completed. They had to dig a hole in my front yard to make the repair, but they left a large mound of dirt and didn’t properly fill the hole back in (see photo). Inside my basement, they made an effort to clean up the mud that got tracked in, but I felt they could have done a more thorough job. Additionally, they forgot to replace a drain cover that had been moved during the repair. Overall, I wouldn’t be opposed to using their services again, but I would make sure to clearly communicate my expectations regarding cleanup and restoration after the work is done.

Wanted to take the time to give a big shout out to Eric and his son for providing professionalism and service for our plumbing needs. Had issues with outdated toilets and Rooter Master came thru with the experience and knowledge of new products and toilet technology. They installed, tested and cleaned up very well. Then took the time to explain everything that I had questions about. I would highly recommend these guys and this company to anyone with plumbing needs!

OMG! Hunter & Jeremy are AMAZING! They took care of my issue with NO problem! They were here in 15 minutes of me calling (2-1-2025!) They were the first too open drain from outside cleanout since 2006! You two gentlemen are the perfect pair! Thanks for everything!

They fixed the original issue only by creating a worse and more costly issue. Instead of determining what the bigger issue was they attacked it head on cramming their snake into the blockage before ever trying to locate it, so a job that was supposed to cost a little over $300 could now go upto $1000, if not more.
