Roto Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

I truly wish that I could give this company a 1 million star review. We just bought a house, we were experiencing plumbing issues, and had two plumbers come out to tell us we had a collapsed pipe that would total a $4800 repair. Zach from Roto Rooter came out today and found that we actually had a clogged pipe that needed snaked. We are truly so thankful, because after buying a house, a $4800 repair is quite expensive and we are just so thankful he was able to diagnose our problem for what it actually was rather than an expensive repair. Thank you so much for all your help. Zach you were truly amazing!

This was a 5/5 experience with Roto Rooter. Britney from RR called ahead to ensure that I knew they were on their way and ETA. Service Tech Zach returned with a helper/assistant after the first diagnosis MONTHS later (was waiting on insurance company). On Zach's first visit to figure out what was going on with our clog, he was upfront about everything. FF to months later/today, Zach still remembered his original game plan on how he wanted to go about to solve our issue. Zach kept me highly informed of each step of the process from beginning to end. He notified me of any snags. Friendly, down to earth, very knowledgeable. Both were respectful of my property and cleaned up afterwards despite their long hours fixing the issue. He was Quick to diagnose the problem. Was very careful of his surroundings, So He didn’t cause damage or make a mess to my interior. He was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was 100% satisfied and I definitely will call Roto-Rooter First and I highly recommend them.

I called Roto Rooter less than 2 hours before the end of the workday desperate to get our kitchen sink draining. They sent Rory out immediately, and the first thing he did was check to see if it was a cheaper solution than snaking the drain. When it wasn't, he was upfront about the pricing of the service. After he had cleared the clog, the sink was draining like it was brand new. He gave us some great maintenance tips to keep the clog from happening again. He had pointed out we had a failing vent and told us what we needed to do to replace it. Definitely over and above customer service, quick response, and professionalism! They'll be our first call next time we've got issues.

The service was great! The gentlemen were kind and courteous and worked quickly to change my faucet. The only downside is the outrageous cost!! It took 20-30 minutes to complete the task, but I had to pay $190 an hour!!

Zach was super helpful and quick. He addressed all my issues. Later, Rory and Dan came out to assess my bathroom as well and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend all three and will use Roto Rooter again in the future!
