Just had JEM PLUMBING come help us with our water heater. Cody & Aaron were very nice and professional. Although no one wants a repair bill, they fixed our issue and made suggestions on how to maintain our heater at a reasonable price. Would definitely call them again if needed!

Thank you, Aaron!!!! We've worked with JEM Plumbing for a very long time (10 years???) and are always happy with the quality of work and level of customer service. Today, they really went above and beyond when we had a sump pump failure on a Sunday. They were able to come out right away and get everything fixed. Aaron quickly discovered the issue, explained it to us and offered us immediately solutions. He had everything with him, so we didn't even need a follow up visit. When disaster strikes, it's nice to have someone like JEM Plumbing a phone call away. They care, they understand and they fix it. 10 / 10 Recommend!!

Jeremy was extremely professional. I needed service after hours and he was not only prompt but kept in touch as to his arrival via text messages. Before he started the work he made sure I understood the cost and offered several options for replacing my sump pump. He was both efficient and courteous.
