Professional, courteous, prompt! I’ve been using Mr. Rooter for years now. It started with Frank years ago who was amazing. No one likes paying for repairs, but you get what you pay for. Mr. Rooter provides quality work and a peace of mind. Joe, Chris and Ron were all involved in my repairs this time and they were fantastic!!!

Totally recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland! We were in panic mode with both our sump pump and back up s.p. completely shot. Flooded our basement. They were available same day (Saturday) and helped us get back on track. Reliable, kind, very efficient!! Thanks Ryan for replacing and carting out the old equipment too!!

The tech was very thorough. He examined the tub (where the clog was) and surrounding pipes. He explained the easy, quick fix and the more complicated one if necessary. The quick fix worked right away and the drain is working properly. The tech cleaned up and took great pains to make sure he left the bathroom as he found it. He explained the invoice and emailed it to me. The price was exactly as quoted when he first examined the drain. I couldn't be happier with the tech and the VERY professional work performed. I won't hesitate to call Mr. Rooter again if needed. He also got along fine with my dog.
