Noah was excellent. Very informative, knowledgeable and honest. Noah found a leak in the line and advised of the recommended solution and potential things to consider in addition to the line fix. He was honest in pricing and coverage details and I believe even gave a discount. He found issues with wiring and advised we consider looking into that. He wore footies in the house every time, even though I did not mind whether or not he did. He spent time going back to the office to retrieve the proper tubing size after running into problems. I appreciate his help getting our well back to proper function, especially in the cold January weather. - Ian

Very Pleased Customer. Dustin knew what he was doing and had my new water heater installed in no time. I’m glad I went with Advantage and I always try to find a local business to support in the Vandalia area. Although it was December …. And Christmas week …. Advantage took great care of us. Leslie was kind & courteous on the phone. I felt like I knew her as a friend when we spoke. Sean, who was the initial “in person” connection, was knowledgeable, explained all so I could understand. Landon, to whom I spoke about the specifics of our warranty coverage was also kind & courteous. He too spoke with me as if we were friends. Then Josh, who took out our old furnace replacing it with our new furnace, was just great! He explained exactly what he was doing (& why). He moved a new pipe a bit so I had room to use a shelf that had previously been in the utility closet. If you are looking for a Home Warranty THIS is a great choice. We have used another company which I could not recommend, but ADVANTAGE was a great choice!

Advantage was hired my by home warranty company and they did a great job! Dustin was knowledgeable - explained what my issue was and how he fixed it. Everyone including the technician was friendly. Will be using them if needed in the future.

Jason and Noah were very helpful in installing my new dishwasher. Jason spent several hours here in the first visit trying to get my Bosch to fit just right. He was patient and knowledgeable. Noah had to come back out a second time and finish the job. He was on time, courteous and was able to figure out the issue with installing it the rest of the way very quickly. I would highly recommend these guys and this company again! Thanks!

UPDATE: Colby gave me a refund and asked me to alter my review. I appreciate the refund. He defended his technician for an hour of arguing with me over text, and you have to admire the loyalty he shows for his technicians. I have thirty rental properties. Will not use Advantage again. Technician was dishonest, didn’t do the job, and caused damage. I’m not interested in writing out more details, nor going back and forth to hear additional denials from Advantage of what happened. They have a 4.8 overall rating, so they must be doing something right with *most* calls. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression though, and we will not use them again. IN REPLY TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: Colby, your technician did not clear the toilet or the sink, as we paid for. We cleared them today with our usual drain technician; both toilet and sink had long-standing clogs. When it comes to the broken trap, well, things happen. But wanting to be paid weekend prices once again to come back (on Monday) to clear what wasn’t cleared the first time is beyond the pale. In addition, we repaired the damage to the trap, by using the access point, not by cutting through the ceiling as you offered to write up a work order for. Please stop trying to play this off, and just accept that your technician in this case was incompetent and dishonest, and reflect on doing better. I have been messaging you directly, so there’s no need to call your office. You’re welcome to reply to my text messages at any time.

Super helpful team. Advantage had Noah come out in a single day. He gave a quick assessment of possible issues along with recommendations and pricing. After selection, he had us squared away within an hour. Super professional and handy. 10 outta 10, would recommend.
