I had two gentlemen at my house yesterday installing a new AC unit. The both were very respectful and knowledgeable. They let me know what they were doing at all times. I wish I remembered there names but they done a great job. Keep up the good work.

Super customer service! Replaced my furnace and air conditioner in a little over 1 day. Crew was very courteous and unobtrusive. Left my house in A1 condition. Highly recommend!

We've had only good experiences with the folks at Choice Comfort. Mike, Tommy & Finley were all great to work (& chat!) with & provided great service. Everyone has been professional, friendly & above-board. We've had them install both a new mini-split & new furnace & their work has been excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any HVAC needs. 🍻

The dishwasher needed a new drain hose. The technician, Christian, ordered the part and then came back to do the install. It was a difficult fix, however he stayed with the job and our dishwasher is now working. Excellent service! Very respectable and considerate from beginning to end!

From the call for emergency service through the completed install the next day, everyone was top notch. Professional, courteous, friendly and compassionate. 17 yr old furnace repair was going to take half of what a new high efficiency unit would be to install. But we were in no way pressured to buy new and were given three exceptionally reasonable offers for replacement. Thanks to Jason, Mike, TJ and Kyle. They made all happen seemlessly. We definitely made a great choice choosing Choice Comfort Services.

They came out to look at my furnace and fixed some "loose wiring" on the thermostat. They suggested I replace the furnace soon because it was an older furnace. I had another company come out shortly after because it shut off on its own again despite just having paid Choice Comfort about $350. The new technician identified the blower was very dirty, likely causing it to overheat and shut off. Choice Comfort didn't check and didn't correct that.
