It was late on a Saturday afternoon and I had no water. Given the time of day and the weekend, I was very concerned about getting someone here to fix my plumbing issue. I called 6 plumbers, no one could get me in till Monday. I HAD NO WATER in my house. Finally I saw Ed Rike...24/7 service calls. I called, explained my situation and she said they could take care of me! And if someone couldn't get to me timely, she would call in another tech. At 7:15 on a Saturday night, I was getting my plumbing fixed!! I was concerned price, it was so much cheaper than expected. Paul Rike was professional and understanding. Drove over an hour to get to my house. Couldn't have asked for better service. I'm a loyal customer now and so thankful for them.

Was not pleased to have to request service twice in less than 48 hours. But the company made it right and the guys who came the second time did an amazing job. Very informative. Would definately call Rike again. Thank you so much Josh and Albert, you guys were great.
