Of all the local plumbers, these are the guys you want. Fast service, both scheduling and job time. Prices were very fair, and the technician, Dave, was a real master of his craft. He diagnosed our (multiple) problems quickly and correctly and had a great inventory of parts already with him. On top of all that, he was cheerful, tolerant of our chaotic home environment. He respected our home and left everything better than he found it. This is the company to call if you need a plumber.

We called Jack Woods Plumbing to fix a leaking main water shut off valve and we are nothing less than impressed. They were able to send someone out the same day, and our plumber, Tim Reed, did excellent work despite having to work in a tight space. The cost was incredibly reasonable. We are very happy customers highly recommend this company!

My experience was superior. Work, communication, pricing and expertise all exceeded expectations. Had to remove old lead pipes, install a new drain, run new lines and more. Guys were polite, efficient and caring. And I was so delighted to hear this is now a female owned business (daughter took over for the founder who passed- over a decade ago). Jack would be proud his legacy is thriving.

I had a major leak in my bath tub drain that prevented me from using my shower. I called Jack Woods on a Friday and they scheduled an appointment for me on the following Monday morning. The plumber, Barry, was very cordial, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Access to the drain pipe was only possible through drywall behind my hanging kitchen cabinets. Barry diagnosed the issue, removed my kitchen cabinets, cut a hole in the drywall, replaced the drain pipe apparatus, checked to make sure the leak was fixed, screwed the removed piece of drywall back in (and marked it in case of future issues), rehung the cabinets, and offered to clean the area of debris. He also kindly replaced the drain fixture without me even asking for it. This entire process was done in 2.5 hours! I asked Barry to estimate the cost before he started and the final cost matched what he estimated and was very reasonable considering the work that was done, in my opinion. I was very pleased with the whole process and would definitely recommend this company.
