I recently had the pleasure of working with Wyatt Works for a sewer mainline replacement, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional service they provided. The whole experience from calling in and receiving a person within a couple rings , to the plumber Cody coming out very quickly and giving me many options was great. Cody was very respect of our home, was very good at customer service, and took the time to explain everything so that I could make the best option for me. I waited a month to have the work done and he was available within an hour of calling and came out and did a great job from start to finish. There were no surprises on the bill either, what was quoted is what they charged. I highly recommend Cody and WyattWorks.

We contacted Wyatt Works to have a faucet replaced in our upstairs bathroom. Our home is old so we are always gritting our teeth when having to call for service....even if changing out a faucet from an old leaky one to a new one. We are so thrilled that Michael Sorensen was sent to us. He did a superb job and took the time to explain and did his job to show and offer different services throughout the home if needed. We did only call for this one task but thought you should know he did what is needed from him through corporate and showed us the pricing in 5 tiers so that we were not surprised at the end...even though we thought a little too pricey. [You may get more customers if you start lowering prices compared to others out there.] We know it's not Michael and did not discuss this with him. He is the professional that has to do the actual work. His old-fashioned values are so welcome and very much needed these days. Hopefully you know to value him and make sure he is rewarded. We know how companies can take advantage of good workers. We did purchase the faucet ourselves which we are glad. We did notice that prices have gone way up for service since we last used them in 2022; so not too happy with the price but had to have this done. Wyatt Works is an exceptional company. They were able to replace my water heater the same day. My initial phone call was answered promptly by Annette and she was very helpful. She informed me that they could solve my problem. The dispatcher called about an hour later to tell me that the service crew would be there in 1 hr. They arrived on time and inspected the job. Ethan and Xander were very professional. They explained the scope of work as well as the cost. They completed everything in about 3.5 hrs. as promised. They removed the old tank and replaced it. They cleaned up everything upon completion. I was quite impressed with the company and the employees that I came in contact with. Bravo for your great customer service!

I think i have finally found my go to plumbing company! The process to book was so easy. Customer service was aces and David was wonderful, no hard sell. Lots of options and financing offers. Cody came to assist David so what i had done went quicker than expected. If you're looking for a plumber, look no further than Wyatt Works. Totally worth the 5 star rating.

I’m a very particular person with high expectations and WyattWorks and technician Edward exceeded all of my expectations in terms of professionalism and quality of work. Scheduling was exceptionally easy and the estimate was very transparent. WyattWorks was a great company to work with from start to finish. If I could give Edward 10 stars, I would.

Honest and fair pricing, with no hidden agendas or fees. Communication is effective throughout the entire scheduling and customer service process. I can’t stress enough the outstanding customer service, knowledge, approachability, and professionalism demonstrated by Cody and the manager, Jamal. I had a plumbing issue, and while Cody was conducting a thorough inspection, my toilet accidentally fell and cracked. Cody felt terrible about it, which I completely understood, but Jamal handled the situation exceptionally well. Because of their exceptional customer service and care, I am now a lifelong customer and have already recommended them to other local homeowners and friends.

I was in need of some shower stall repairs quickly. The technician introduced himself, gave me a rundown of what the company offers and proceeded to evaluate and document his findings. He gave me an estimate on his findings then gave me options to choose from. While the technician was working, he was pointing out and explaining to me everything he was doing and why. When done, the technician (Jean T.) cleaned everything up like it was before he started. The job was done promptly and looks great!
