Exceptional job 👍🏽 Customer service was awesome. Justin an Gage both come to my home different times an completely explained to me everything that needed done. I needed a new furnace an ac unit. Gage helped me get financed. They have many options even with not so good credit. The guys that came to put in the furnace were super friendly an even made my ac unit outside more stable. I highly recommend this company. They really will try to get you a great price an help with anything you need. Extremely satisfied with their work.

I had a broken sewer line that needed repair. On Sunday afternoon I filled out the online request with attached photos. Within 30 minutes, I received a call back to schedule an appointment. 9 AM the next morning, Josh was at my house to evaluate the repair and give me an estimate. I signed the contract on the spot. On Wednesday, Joe and Jess arrived to repair the broken line. The repair was completed that same day. They were very professional and did excellent work. Brian did a great job was prompt friendly and professional. He explained everything very well and I felt like I had a really good understanding of what needed to be done. He did the work in a timely and thorough manner . I was very pleased. He also helped us work out some scheduling issues that had nothing to do with him. My experience with Brian today was definitely a five star experience. I would recommend him and five star..

They changed our HVAC System in a single day in December 2024. Gage was a good salesperson. He gave us a very competitive quote and made sure that we get the ball rolling . We have a carrier infinity in place now from a Goodman . The one thing that also helped was that they had decent after sales service . A few days after the install I had a concern about my a.c not starting up. They did take a couple of days to come out but it was because we had a horrible snow storm . They have after hours call person you can talk to as well. They also honored the 1 year warranty on after sales service they had promised us despite some confusion. Overall I think they did a great job . Happy and would recommend .

Kyle was super nice and super helpful. While he was out here I mentioned a whole house generator and he hooked me up with Brian Shade from his company for a quote. He was great as well. I will definitely keep these guys in mind for future projects.

This is the second time we used Five Star Home Care from Xenia OH and they were just as good as they were the first time in July 2023. This time was for a cloged shower drain. With it being a Sunday, I was thinking I would have to wait until Monday to call. I looked up the phone number and saw I could call at 7.am on Sunday! I called and was able to make an appointment for today; on a Sunday! It turned out we need to have our shower drain snaked out. James Ashley was our 5 star technician. He was very professional and polite and answered our questions. He quickly went to work and addressed the issue. He also checked our pipes to ensure that they were in good shape. He left the work area clean and tidy. We highly recommended James and Five Star for your home care needs. We also want to give Alexis, who answered our call and got everything set up for us today; a thank you for her help and professionalism. We highly recommended Five Star Home Care in Xenia OH.

There’s no other company I would use other than five star! They have been great, worked really hard in a lot of difficult situations in my home. End result was wonderful and well worth the cost

John Villars came to service my home’s electrical needs/repairs. He was prompt, polite and professional throughout his work visit. I had a new breaker box put in so that I could be grounded and up to code. He also updated a couple of electrical sockets and an outdoor one as well. I plan to have them back to correct two more items in my older home. He is so quiet and efficient and the price I feel was very reasonable!
