Anderson Plumbing Heat and Air

Ryan, Wes and the entire Anderson Plumbing Heat and Air crew= amazing. My experience today was fantastic and I will tell everyone I know to go with Anderson. That’s the review. But here’s how we got there: I Called early in the morning, after an ice storm, and they still booked me for the same day to fix my dead heater. In fact I called too early so I left a message. I got called into a meeting in the office and missed the call back. No worries. Anderson got my back. Ashley, the booking person, went ahead and scheduled a technician to come out before I got back with her. The customer service is chef’s kiss on this one y’all. I had a crew inbound before I left my meeting. Talked to the really polite and accommodating Ryan with Anderson, set a time to meet and I headed home from the office to get this thing fixed. Ryan showed up with Wes and diagnosed not just my heater issue but *another* issue with a leak that I had for years and none of the other heating guys caught it. Wes gave me a knowledgeable rundown on my situation, gave me my options all while Ryan worked on my furnace. Within 2 hours I was up and running and all for an extremely reasonable price. You know how I heard about this amazing local company? I worked with another great local company, Flux Electric, who recommended them. Flux helped my mom out after a giant storm and helped her avoid getting taken advantage of. They were they to watch out for her when I couldn’t and I don’t think I’ll ever forget that. TIL I’m a huge fan of this company and would wear their merch. I’m telling anyone that will listen to go with Anderson, you’ll be so happy (and warm).

Had a weekend issue with my heater with a house full of family, including my elderly father-in-law. Was recommended to Anderson Plumbing via a social media group in Edmond. Connected with Wes the Service Manager to find out that he wasn't too far away coincidentally, so he headed right over and got us fixed up in a jiffy. Through the entire interaction, he was professional, kind, and transparent. Wes was terrific to help me out so quickly. Moving them to the top of my phone contacts for the future.

Had Anderson plumbing come out remove a double sink and install a single bowl sink. They notified me they were on their way, arrived shortly after and assessed the requirements. Quoted me a cost, once I agreed they started the work. Very professional, great customer service! There was a problem with the new sink, attempted to call around for 1 but I had to return sink and order a new 1. Not their fault at all. Should have opened and looked at sink when it arrived. They came out immediately after the new sink arrived and a new group of wonderful plumbers arrived, with notice of arrival and finished the job. They were so caring and professional, everyone I had contact within Anderson Plumbing Heating, would totally recommend and continue to use on next project!

Anderson came as a recommendation from an independently and Oklahoma owned appliance store and I’m thrilled with the decision to use them. They began with a free estimate and stayed true to the work agreed upon. They were punctual, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely call them again when I’m ready to undertake more plumbing projects in the future. Projects they made me aware of with a rough cost of what to expect when I’m ready. This was my first time having to hire a professional to assess my new, older home and I’m so glad it was a good experience using Anderson Plumbing.

Mark initially came out to review all the necessary repairs needed for our new home we had just purchased. He was extremely helpful in explaining what he'd be doing for the repairs. John and his team came out 2 days later and did an incredible job!

Very courteous and professional staff. We chose Anderson for a water leak repair in our foundation and a water heater replacement and were highly satisfied. Great communication and timely repairs. Highly recommend.

I had stoppage in the pipes that ran outside of my house from the kitchen and these guys went on the top of my roof to fix the issue. First off, another company was going to charge me double what they charged, so the pricing was great. Second, the gentlemen that came to my home were very respectful, great customer service, and explained everything that was being done. I had initially called for an estimate and they ended up doing for me right then. I will definitely be using them again!

Had an Aqua-Rex like water treatment device installed on our hot water tank. Awaiting a verification of installation. But this is better than having my ground dug up because of other possible devices or big filtration stuff.
