Fixt Plumbing, Drains and Water Heaters

Very efficient process, they came out and had a new hot water heater installed in a few hours, no fluff answered my questions and made me feel good about the situation. I’m very pleased with the experience and will absolutely call them again if needed 🤩

I have used this company for different reasons and they’ve been wonderful each time. They’re always professional friendly, and helpful. They even take time to answer my questions. This time I had a leaky water heater. I called in the morning time and they sent Zane and Joshua out within a couple of hours. They both were super nice, knowledgeable, and were able to replace the heater within a few hours. I plan on using this company for future repairs/projects.

To be honest these are the only plumbers I use now. I’ve tried others in the past but I wasn’t satisfied. They are experienced and take the time to evaluate the entire problem. And if they can’t help you, they will refer you to someone that can. Not expensive at all. Would definitely recommend!

We had tried EVERYTHING to get a pipe flowing and Josh came and had it fixed in 30 minutes!! Very professional, highly recommend!

We had a reserve tank for our well installed along with a circulating hot water system. If that wasn't enough we had an automatic water shut off valve installed. They were wonderful. They worked consistently through the day. Explained every detail of the systems. afterwards we had more questions they went above the necessary time to assist us. They were great! Joshua is every professional. Thank you guys.

Its not easy picking a plumber, there are lots of options but I landed on Fixt due to the excellent reviews. I called at 8:05am yesterday, talked to an exceptionally friendly woman, provided my info and issue regarding my water heater and was told I was on the books for service by noon. I got off that phone call and thought to myself wow that is one of the friendliest people that has ever answered the phone at a business like this. I then went about my day working, pretty content that I had probably picked the right plumber if they had someone like that answering the phones. About 1pm my wife who was at home contacted me and asked what was going on with the plumber coming out? I had completely forgotten about it. I double checked I had no missed calls and I didn't so I called Fixt again and talked to Stacy at 130pm, not sure if it was the same person as in the morning but she was friendly as well. I thought it was a little odd after telling her what happened because she just asked for my name and number and told me a manager would call me. I wasn't mad, I really just wanted to know when they would send someone out but that is the direction she took the call. At 3pm I still hadn't heard anything. I wasn't looking forward to another cold shower again so I debated do I call Fixt back? No, I decided. I don't know what was going on but the opportunity had passed, clearly I wasn't a priority. I called another plumber at 3pm instead that is well reviewed as well, they were at my house at 330 and had my water heater relit. Today they are replacing it, its time and we've had issues before. I still have never heard back from Fixt though I don't need to at this point as we've gone another direction.
