Tech on phone very helpful and was able to get plumbers in place within 15-20 minutes. They knew exactly where to go to fix broken pipe in wall feeding exterior spigot. All individuals were very professional.

Excellent customer service and fair pricing. Another company tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need saying that we needed a full replacement of the flange on the toilet. Jean's said I definitely didn't need a new flange, just the bolts replaced and a new wax seal. $800 cheaper than the other company. Reasonably priced, and good service. They take time to explain the problem and fixes with the pros and cons included. I’ve used them three times for plumbing and would’ve used them for a HVAC unit replacement in 2022 if I would’ve remembered that they did heat and air as well. I plan to use them exclusively for plumbing and HVAC moving forward.

2 men came out to my home on Friday and stayed 5-10 minutes they did not inspect or try to figure out where a beeping noise was coming from on my hot water heater. The older man took batteries out of a monitor used for the level of water in the pan but did not replace them the younger male pressed a button on the hot water heater to light the pilot.charged me $155 and a few hours after they left the beeping started again. Poor customer service from this company. What a RIP off truly poor quality from this company.

Wow, this is hands-down the best experience we've ever had with a plumber. Left messages at a couple of other businesses and they've never called back while Jean's guys answered the phone, came out, did two repairs, cleaned up and left. The rates were extremely affordable and everything was explained in full before, during and after the repairs. I'll always call them first from now on!

Our water heater kicked the bucket last night, and this morning (just before 8) I left messages and contacted a few plumbing companies. I texted Jean’s Plumbing (per the voicemail note) and she had someone at my house 30 minutes after I messaged her. Less than 2 hours later (and $1520) I have a new hot water heater and literally no one else has even called me back HOURS later. The plumbers themselves were polite, informative, and extremely helpful. I am saving their contact information for the future and will be recommending them to everyone I know.
