On Sunday, I had a plumber from VIP Plumbing come to my house. He informed me that I had an eroded mainline and that all of my pipes were severely eroded. Since he didn't go underneath the house and only took 30 minutes to diagnose the issue, I decided to get a second opinion. Today, another plumber came out and told me that the first plumber was completely wrong. In fact, I only needed one pipe fixed because it was misrouted in the kitchen drain line. The plumber from VIP Plumbing had attempted to charge me $12,000 for new drain lines. Additionally, I never received a receipt for the initial visit or a breakdown of what was wrong with my plumbing. I called them for two consecutive days and was met with confusion. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I had a bathroom remodel with a company that did a great job, but unfortunately, due to a family emergency, their plumber was a no show and had to go to another resource. With that said, a simple replacement of a couple of valves and replacement lines turned into a nightmare. We all thought the job was done and wrapped everything up. Next morning I woke up to a soggy hall carpet and had to call a 24hr plumbing service. Thank God the first number I found was VIP Plumbing. 5:30 a.m. and the owner answered, after waking him up. The gentleman was very polite and ran over some things to check and do before getting me set up for service that morning. A tech showed up a few hours later and went over what he intended on doing to find the leak. Honestly, within 15 minutes after having to cut into the wall, he found the problem! He had everything he needed on the truck and was able to cut out the kinked line that was dripping inside the wall. He made a few other changes and replaced the line. He checked other problem areas, then pressured the lines and NO LEAKS! He literally saved the day, and much more expenses! Gerry, the technician that saved the day, was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Very professional and tidy! He didn't beat around taking his time, but went straight to work and knocked it out. I was truly blessed with their service 🙏 and will definitely use them again, for whatever plumbing issues I have. The load I was bearing was gone in less than 2 hours! Thank you Gerry for a job well done!

After contacting 2 different plumbers who were only at my house for 30 minutes or less, we contacted VIP Plumbing. They scheduled an appointment for Monday morning and Zach was on time, kind, courteous and very informative. On Tuesday, Zach returned to diagnose the problem, using the proper equipment needed. Unlike the other companies, Zach went above and beyond to make sure we understood exactly what he was doing and why. He determined what the problem was, made a plan with an estimate that was fair and reasonable. He is returning tomorrow to complete the job. Stay tuned for the next review.
