Mullin Plumbing

The technician was knowledgeable and did a quality replacement on the part he replaced (spigot/sillcock). I thought there was possibly a slab leak with the amount of water outside and wish leak testing would have been performed to verify, it was not. I was assured this would fix the problem. Was told to monitor and see if everything dries out and they would come back if this wasn’t the fix. Wish it could have all been done at once.

Called and received a window of 8am-1pm. 2 guys showed up at 4 pm. No apologies for being late. Just glanced on the side of my house and told me I had a slab leak and I was going to have foundation issues. Said I would have to call their leak detection person and reschedule. After missing a day of work just for that, I called someone else. They arrived on time and quickly detected it was not a slab leak but a leak in the main on the side of the house. Definitely a much cheaper and quicker fix than a slab leak. Will not call Mullin again.

Was alerted to an underground leak at our business, so I called and made an appointment for just that. They came and checked everything above ground and told me it was definitely underground, but that I had to call and make a new appointment. Frustrating, but I did it. They were going to come that day, but it was already after 3pm, so I scheduled for the morning. Noon came the next day and nothing, so I called and was told we were to expect them from 2-3pm. By 3:30, no one had showed. Will not use them ever again. They need to learn how to make and keep appointments. Edited 3/12/25 to add: No one from their team reached out. Shocker.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had such an awful experience, I would hate for someone to have the same issues. It started this morning. I called and asked if they could come out today, the lady was super helpful informing me that they could get out after hours so after 6pm. I was completely okay with that, but she said if they could get out sooner, they would call me. That's what happened at 11:30. I talked to someone who said they were sending someone out. A few minutes later, I received a text informing me I had an appointment tomorrow after 6pm. I immediately called back and they could not help me. Someone from the office was supposed to call me. I waited, nothing. I was mad and only getting more mad. I sent a text to the line and they responded that they were looking into it. Again, nothing. No other response came. I called the phone number back, he was able to confirm that someone would be out and also informed me that it would be a lot more than I was originally told. I said it was fine. They got a tech sent out, but honestly after the day I've had, the back and forth, I ended up cancelling the service. I will never use Mullins Plumbing. Out of everybody I had talked to, I thought they were very professional, but the experience here was not.

The service from Mr. Victor Woods was 100% customer focused and very professional. Thanks for the timely service for my emergency.

Fairly simple fix on toilet leak took 6 days to do.several calls to no avail to finish the job,had to finally go to business to get them to finish.the last I still cannot believe was the final cost. $432.90, are they kidding.my advice -find a different company.of course that up to you. 🥶

Mullin Plumbing is GREAT! I had a plumbing emergency happen on a Sunday (of course) and they were able to come right out, assess the problem and get it fixed. They have great people working for them and do truly strive to do a good job! I highly recommend Mullin Plumbing!!! Sarah in Edmond, OK

Victor was courteous but I have since come to learn that he was not very knowledgeable. When he showed up he told me the pipe was old and the only way to fix it was to replace the pipe. He went on to look for where the pipe was connected in the house which is my master bathroom and proceeded to tell me they would have to rip the wall out to get to the pipe, which was an absolutely no. He then thought of an idea, left and came back with a 4 way wrench. No repairs was done to my pipe, the solution was this 4 way wrench (see photo) that cost $5.90 on Amazon which they charged me $18 for. He turned the pipe off with this 4 way wrench, turned the water to the house back on and billed me $272.00. There was a $89.99 fee just for showing up and the service fee was billed at $168 an hour. He left me with this wrench and his job was done. It continued to bother me that I had to bring this wrench with me every time I needed to turn the pipe on so I decided to do some research. Would you believe I found a replacement head at Lowe’s for $5.98, installed it myself and I have a functional pipe again. I won’t be using this service again due to the pricing and lack of expertise. This was a simple fix that I was able to resolve on my own satisfactorily and a licensed plumber charging $168 an hour could not. Frankly, they should refund my money!!
