You have an exceptional service, it greatly appreciated. I appreciate both technicians who came to attend my plumbing problems at different occasions. Devonne and Mickey are both so knowledgeable, thorough and nice. You have great staff members including your administrative staff. When I make calls, they will be willing to help and warm. I rated 4 due to the fact that there is always room for improvement but otherwise I don’t have any concerns with your service. Thank you.

These guys have been AMAZING! Matt kept in touch with me throughout the process and the teams were so nice and professional. Sam was there both times and is such a great worker! Jose was there the 2nd time. And wow did they stay busy the whole time until it was finished. I can’t remember the guy’s name that cleaned the ducts with Sam, but he also deserves a shout out! Every time I reach out, your team takes care of us quickly and efficiently. Your people aren’t trying to sell us things we don’t need. Archie has been out on a few service calls and ALWAYS makes sure to explain what he’s doing and why! You have a great team of guys! And Mike even stopped by to check on everything. You all have earned a customer for as long as we are around the area! Thank you!! We moved to Oklahoma in June and you all have shown us what people in Oklahoma are all about. ☺️

Jimmy was such a nice guy and did a fantastic job. He really picked some wonderful new faucets. He was honest and said ours were solid brass and worth money if we scrapped them. His honesty meant a lot.

Outstanding job! This company and its technicians go out of their way to ensure the clients comfort during the process and during the actual installation. This was an absolutely painless process, from deciding on a system to going through the pros and cons of each. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for a new system. My technicians tanner and Mike were very knowledgeable and knew exactly when they’d complete the job and power the system on at that time. To say I am impressed would in fact be an understatement.

My water heater went out and Alltech Heat & Air came out and replaced it. They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. I appreciate how fast they were to come out on the same day I called. I was able to get a new tank the next day. I highly recommend them!

These guys were great, they initially scheduled me for 3 days out, and it was urgent, we couldn't use any water in the house without it overflowing a toilet downstairs every time. Their great staff listened to me and worked magic and got a technician out and had the problem fixed a couple of days sooner than I expected and was scheduled. And then all three technicians that came out were efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Every employee that I have interacted with from All-Tech has been great and they all deserve a raise.

It was a pleasure to have Christian clean my drain and repair the leak. He was very respectful and listened to my opinion of what the issue was. He showed me what was needed and showed me what he was doing and why. The clean out and repair was very quick—less than an hour. It was nice to have a young plumber —the next generation! I will definitely request him if I need additional plumbing work done.

Chris and Daniel were great. They made the whole process less stressful with their knowledge and professionalism. Chris went over a few different price options and answered all my questions with replacing my water heater. They were patient while I talked it over with my guy (who wasn’t home) so we could decide what would work best for our budget. They had to take apart part of the cabinet that housed the unit and also had to move part of the gas line to make sure everything was within code. They put everything back and cleaned up the area too.
