Code 3 Plumbing and Drain

Absolutely outstanding work. Ecco was able to get me scheduled quickly. Derek and Brian were timely and friendly. They were able to fix a problem with drainage, in a very short time, that the home builder and another plumbing company could not. Derek took the time to explain everything to me and suggest ways to keep my plumbing in good condition. I am so excited to find a plumber that I can count on.

Derek Burton came and his service was awful. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would rate him. He did not fix my toilet and expected me to pay him $100 for coming out to check it out. I was never told that there is a charge just for coming by to see what’s wrong, only if they fix the issue, which HE NOT FIX. He told me that I need a new toilet and it would cost $450-500. I told him I don’t have that money and if we can negotiate. I said, I am okay with $350 if he replaces my toilet and he said no. I said how about $400,? He said no that he won’t make any money and walked away. He also threaten to bill me just for coming to check it out and said he will send it to collection. Worst service I ever had!! I normally work with Toby the owner and was expecting him to come. Toby was amazing that’s why I kept coming back to Code 3 Plumbing so I hope he will call me to help me out, because I can’t get a hold of him now.

They were prompt and thorough. They communicate well are knowledgeable. I've had experience with this company before, and they are very good to evaluate and explain and give you the option of what to do. We've had good experiences with them and I can definitely recommend them.
