The installers (James & Dylan) were very polite during the three days installing a new central gas furnace and air conditioner. Unfortunately the thermostat is too high on the wall for the elderly homeowner and they didn't relight the gas water heater. Luckily I caught the lack of hot water while visiting and figured out how to relight the water heater.

Great experience from beginning to end. Fast, same-day service. Was originally scheduled for the afternoon, but they called me back about an hour after I got off the phone with them to tell me they had an earlier spot just open up if I was available. The technician, Rob T, was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Quickly found the cause of the issue and got to work on the solution. Explained everything he was doing , was helpful through the quoting/estimate process, and advised me of my options. I never felt pressured or guilted into purchasing any kind of special plan or membership like I’ve felt with other companies. I’ll definitely do more business with them as needed in the future.

They were fast to respond, estimate was on the nose, every single person was nice and informative, work was above and beyond. If there was 1 con it would only be that they didn't reattach washer/dryer to new box. Like they say, "often imitated but never duplicated." Just amazing people

Michael D. did a fantastic job repairing a slab leak, after a few short hours we had hot water again. He minimized the hole to the location of the leak and kept the area tidy.

I have to admit, when my husband first told me he signed up for the year maintenance with Drabek & Hill, I was a bit frustrated that he didn't shop around to see if he could find a cheaper option. But now a year in, I am so happy he did it. The two times they have come out to do maintenance of our HVACs they have been so kind, timely, and have gone the extra mile to explain things to me and triple check that our units are prepared for the upcoming summer/winter months. I feel like we are fixing things before they become actual problems in the middle of winter/summer. Because with 3 kids, I can't imagine having those big issues when it is 90+ degrees in the summer. 10/10 recommend. Will be re-enrolling for the maintenance for sure.

Drabek & Hill has our loyalty for life. My 80 year old parents lost their heater during the coldest week in Oklahoma. D&H came out in 6 below temperatures and replaced it in one day!! So grateful for their service and professionalism. Always call Drabek & Hill first.
