If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My old water tank was leaking and on the verge of going out. Dryer vent was not venting, and that was fixed and probably saved me from a fire!!! Courteous workers and I would recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing done. 👍👏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️UPDATED: Had to call to turn up temp on hot water tank. They came and handled it with care and speed in this COLD weather. I am pleased with the service I received. THANKS👍

I’m so pleased I called Five Star Plumbing. They arrived shortly after I called and had my toilet fixed in a short time. The price was very reasonable. The guys were friendly and easy to talk to. I will be calling them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

Went out of their way to pick up root killer and fixed the issue and gave great tips to help the longevity of the system. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Scotty and Jacob were great! They were professional and did a great job. They called to ask if I'd be ready for them to come early and I was, so they showed up an hour early. They gave a fair estimate. After we agreed on the rate and established expectations, they quickly got to work in the frigid January weather. After having to dig under the sidewalk to find a suspected "burst" pipe, there were potential factors that could have made the job's cost skyrocket. They promptly let us know that the estimate might need to be adjusted. They explained the potential issue and said they'd work as best they could to avoid having to destroy our driveway. Luckily, the problem was located just outside the driveway and the estimated cost was accurate. What we thought was going to be a burst pipe, ended up being an inadequately clamped pipe connector that caused the pipes to separate at the connection. Although it was not fun having to pay for this kind of repair, if I had to do it again, I'd gladly call Five Star Plumbing again. They also offer a military discount and our repair work was requested, quoted, and completed same day within a 4 hour window.
