Ashli and Rudy came out and fixed my shower. There was hardly any water pressure in my bathroom. They found the problem right away went and got the part and replaced it within the hour. Very nice. I appreciate them immensely for fixing the issue so quickly. Upon closer look after they glued the new hardware on I still for months have no faucet water. It’s a simple fix a diverter. But, they took the chrome knobs replaced with plastic … unsure why and they charged a ridiculous price for what should have been a cheap fix. When I called to tell them they needed to come back to fix their error they said you’re not the owner. Although I’m not the owner I live here, they should fix what they charged for. Instead it’s still broken and I still have no tub faucet water. If they contact me and fix the problem that they didn’t fix and charged for I will change my review.

Great company! Fast and professional service! Jimmy Stingly serviced our tankless water heater for regular scheduled maintenance. We have never had an issue with our water heater or this company! Good quality products and even better customer service! Thanks Jimmy!

As of March 12, 2025, Michael, the technician, contacted us. He asked if we're available today. He came straight over, service the water heater, and was very professional. I'm sorry we had a miscommunication and look forward to using Michael again. ************************************************* Disappointed! We had an appt yesterday between noon to 4pm for our annual maintenance checkup for our heater. Our supposed to technician Michael didn't show up. We call them at 530pm and said that he's done with his job in Newalla and we'll on his way to us. 660pm no call no show. We call them again and they said our technician put on his report that he's already completed the job with us. And of course, we said no. They tried calling him, texting and emailing him, nothing. We reschedule the appt for today between 2 to 4pm. 4pm no one came, we call and said that our technician Tyler is still working in OKC. Now we were told to reschedule again. And they don't have any available until next month. This is cool. And to think that we recommended you to my brother. Disappointed! Frustrated with your service!

Gordon’s has been out go to for years and this time was no exception. A slab leak turned into a challenging job and Tyler was great. In addition to taking care of the plumbing issue (thankfully), I truly appreciated his respect for my time, kept updating me, and was just as relieved as I when the job was done.
