Jeff H. came out on a Friday evening at 5 to help accommodate our schedule. We needed to replace our furnace and AC and were getting quotes, he was by far the most thorough in his review and explanations. Spent almost 2 hours with us going over everything. Prices were good and in line with other companies who didn’t seem nearly as knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a new Trane system and he had his guys out Monday morning 2 days later getting everything installed. New system looks great and the installers were extremely nice and went through everything with us. Warranty is great and we will have peace of mind for many years not having to worry about our system breaking down.

Jeff Holloway came to quote for a new HVAC when our old one failed. He was excellent. Did a thorough analysis of air flow and walked through options that Hill could do and what I could do myself. He gave me the complete information that I was looking for, that other providers lacked. The install crew was professional and left everything tidy. Communication with the crew had a gap about a specific run, and I noticed the issue during installation. (Lack of a damper for a troublesome room) A call between me and Jeff H cleared it up. All in all I was pleased. I recommend Hill and Co if you have HVAC needs.

Unfortunately, we had to replace our furnace and AC. Fortunately, Hill and Company took amazing care of us. From the technician who came out and explained everything to us and took pictures to show us the issues we couldn't see on the outside, to Jeff who was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time talking through all the different options, making sure we understood everything, and helped match us with the best system for our family and budget. I would highly recommend Hill and Company for all your HVAC needs.

We’ve used Hill and Company for preventative maintenance for many years. Our 20 year old furnace and AC finally needed to be replaced, and Nick was a great comfort consultant. He listened to our questions and concerns, walked us through a few options and estimates, and quickly got us on the schedule. The installers were very professional and friendly, and some unexpected wall dings were quickly repaired and repainted. We were very satisfied with the job and are looking forward to enjoying a new HVAC system!

David was excellent. Took time to understand our situation and provided an option to correct it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. The appointment process was easy and the follow up excellent. Sunny was great in explaining the services and process.

The whole process was easy. Called and was given options for emergency or next day with pricing upfront. Technician was knowledgeable and accomplished exactly what was needed. We will definitely be using Hill in the future. First time using Hill & Co. It'll be hard to top the experience.

Everyone made the process simple, quick, and pleasant. Nick was easy to get a hold of and ready to help. Dalton installed our new A/C that was destroyed by the tornado. He was a nice guy who explained everything well. I’m just glad this process was not a stressful one because we have had enough of that with other people. I will definitely continue using this company.

Hill and Company have given us tremendous professional workmanship! Paxton was so thorough and helpful in his explanations with our furnace. William used his expertise to install a new garbage disposal in record time. And the scheduling staff was terrific and making sure that everything was done before company arrived. I am so blessed to have them around for my household needs.
